Love Cherries Jubilee ice cream and Bubble Gum ice cream
We got a mint chocolate chip & mocha cappuccino blast and a strawberry banana smoothie and both were awesome. Cuddos to the couple who own the store.
Went in last night at 9 pm 5/17/2022. There were two young teen girls working there. All of a sudden there were four teenagers walk in they went behind the counter and served them selves. Then one of the non workers walk-in to the freezer takes out a tub of ice cream and scoops it in her friends cups. The workers were too much focused on their friends. It was unpleasant to be there. And we go two to four times a month. I hope the owner looks into this quickly or he might loose money
This past Sunday evening around 7:45 pm. I stopped with my family to This shop. We came in laughing and speaking kind of loud in Spanish. There were more people there getting ice cream in line. SO I told my girls keep it down and we stand at the line at the counter. A family was already ordering ice cream. Then another couple and then my family. The employees were busy but we were waiting ok and looking at the flavor. One of the girls was making like some ice cream cakes and getting the money the other girl is the orders but when it was going to be our turn a couple came. Empleyee ignored us and walked to the couple and got their order. I was surprised but I just let it fly, but at the same time a family of 5 walked in she welcomed them and started serving them so I asked her what I needed to do to be served then the other employee turn around and the employee the ignored us told the one that was making cakes to take cake of us because I had an attitude. To put the cherry in the top all. I spend over $40 in ice cream and milk shakes and we saw when a couple of her friends were at the store and while I was waiting for my shake she gave them ice cream cone and didn't charge them that was free.Very unfair, Very discriminated, and can't believe for others that always are complaining about. Baskin Robbins we usually visit you store 4 to 5 time a month but we are are thing about returning now.!!!!!!!
No soft serve…..for what seems like a year. I always went for the 31 below and without soft serve I’m always disappointed. The soft serve machine is broke and they can’t get parts…..so they say and they’re not going to buy a new machine. The other ice creams in the store just don’t meet my taste requirements and they are way over priced. I look for this location to either change hands or close the doors within the next year. That’s OK with me…..I’m not going back
Due to a very hard day. I went to Baskin-Robbins to get a chocolate chip milkshake unfortunately I was not paying attention. Paid for it and left when I went to take a drink it was just a chocolate milkshake can't stand chocolate milkshakes and that's what I got a chocolate milkshake I want a chocolate chip the vanilla ice cream with chocolate chips. I just wasn't paying attention and obviously they didn't listen just very disappointed

Bad costumer service!! I completely understand that everyone is having staffed shortages & businesses have to use whoever they can get but a little training goes a long way. When I asked for the mangers contact information she gave me the store number and her name.
Best ice cream in town Many many flavors to choose, delicious. P rices have increased of course but it is worth it!
Wanted a milk shake,, but was told they have no milk. How does a ice cream shop run out of milk? There's a Publix 2 blocks away. On top of that, they still don't have a credit card machine that allows customers to leave a tip, going on 4 yrs...
