Worst dinner experience ever! First service was slow then we received our steaks that were to be medium rare and medium that were so well done you couldn't cut them and the mashed potatoes and broccoli was cold. Sent the food back then steaks were cooked correctly but again mashed potatoes cold! So then just asked to bring separate bowl with potates......don't care what they do at this point I said just microwave them! We were starving! No manager came to offer any apology just made our waitress take care of it. Which we did not punish her for the incompetent cook and manager. Hey corporate you need to make a field visit to this location!
Came with my niece and nephew to have dinner. I took my niece to the restroom to wash our hands and the soap dispenser in the women’s bathroom was broken with nothing coming out which , next to a sign “employees must wash their hands”. I asked how employees washed their hands and Bobby the manager said we have had washing stations in the kitchen. But the customers are obviously out of luck. Bobby brought us some dried up Sani--sure and a bottle of sanitizer. This is poor management. This restaurant should be walked through nightly for inspection by management.We got our meal and my nieces pasta was due to the slow service of the waitress. ( they were not busy).. I ordered fries extra crispy and they came back cold and soft. My husband had to get up and get our waitress Chelsea because it was talKing her an extremely long time to get our drinks. My husband told Chelsea about my soft French fries and she disregarded it.I used to go to Applebees all the time..this was by far the worst experience! You may have received my business this time but NEVER AGAIN!
The meat was dry. The broccoli was badly seasoned. Pretty much everyone had some type of problem with their meal. Not coming back. The waiters were nice tho.
My son and I came in for lunch the other day and everything was excellent. The whiskey burger was delicious and our server did an amazing job. Will definitely be back again.
Kim is honestly the best bartender I've come across in Lakeland. We frequent Applebee's a lot and always sit at the bar. She has an awesome personality and is always on top of your drinks and food. Come out to see her, you won't be disappointed.
Good quality food, friendly staff and their hospitality. Very cozy atmosphere suitable for dining dates or sport fans hangout with multiple TVs around. A little bit pricy for the food provided but still acceptable. Everything is clean including restroom.
I was traveling for business and stopped in on my way home. I honestly cannot say enough about how great the service was. I sat in the bar and a young lady named Kimberly was amazing. Applebee’s is truly lucky to have her as an employee!!! She made sure my cup was never empty and was super attentive! It’s hard to find a place that makes you feel welcome when you’re out of town but honestly I will be back because of Kimberly!
Worst Applebee’s in Lakeland. My daughter loves Applebee’s spinach artichoke dip. We ordered fries and wonton and our food literally took 35 min to come out. Aurbree was our waitress, (very rude) Not good customer service at least be apologetic about the situation that your kitchen only have 1 cook.(which we was told by another waitress) we will never ever come back to this restaurant ever again!
Sunday nights are great at the bar. Kim takes such good care of us customers and makes it fun and the drinks are perfect every time. It’s mine and my sisters new go to spot each Sunday. Five stars Kim. We love your service and company. See you next weekend.
I never made a bad review ever but today is the first time! I ordered 3 items soup chicken wrap burger both came with fries ….. the fries were soggy and LOADED with salt pepper could not even eat them. The burgher was supposed to have extra cheese xtra pickles extra onions and it did not and the burger itself was also salty. The soup was good and the chicken wrap was good …… not sure I will order from Applebees again ….. DoorDash delivered the food with no problem! Thank u!
