Inaccurate curbside order and on hold with store over 13 minutes to discuss when call disconnected. Then made timely call to customer service line (hours 8am-7pm, CST) but reached recording to call during regular business hours. Decided to eat what we received but one dinner was overcooked and one undercooked. Will NOT be back.
We went to Applebee's for late night Happy Hour on 6/4/22 & had Bertha as our server! She was friendly, great personality, very thorough & got our food & drink orders perfect! She was really busy with several other tables, but she never lost a beat & checked back with us frequently. She's definitely one of the Best servers that we had at that location. 5-stars all the way for Bertha!*****And just in case a Manager is reading this...I have to say we really thought twice before coming back to this Applebee's....because last time we were at this location on 5/20/22 approx 11pm, the host (tall, lanky dark-haired young guy) that was seating people was extremely rude, indifferent & had a horrible attitude! We asked if we could be seated at a booth....and without saying yes or no, or follow me,...he grabbed 2 menus & started walking towards a booth. We just assumed & followed him (??)...he had a cleaning rag & with a large sigh, he started wiping down the table at the booth...and let pieces of food & trash fall to the floor, as he carelessly wiped the table down...Still "not" saying a word...he put the menus on the table & walked off!!?? He didn't bother to let the server know he had just seated us....so about 20 minutes later, we flagged a server down, to see if we could order a few drinks. Whoever this host was....he does NOT belong in the food service industry, or for that matter...he really doesn't belong in a customer service position. Definitely needs coaching on professionalism, attitude & manners.
The folks at Apple made a very good first Impression. The place was very busy yet they were able to serve everyone quickly because they had plenty of staff which is not easily accomplished in today's environment. The wings where fantastic. And the home made dressing were better than mama's. Sorry Mama ?
As usual, the food was great, the service was great. And the price means we can go out more often. We have never been disappointed and tonight was no exception. I have SEVERE gluten allergy and have never had to use rescue meds after eating there Brian, our server tonight, had them change gloves to ensure my safety. Took my daughter here for a daddy daughter date, we were seated immediately which was great. By the time I started monitoring the time 10 minutes passed by without anyone coming to our table to take our order. At least 4 servers passed us multiple times with out one word to us. No one took our order so we left. I would not waist your time going here. If Apple bees would like to contact me about this I would highly encourage them to
Had great ribs, fall off the bone! A few beers to wash it down and a great staff to make sure it all happened. Top to bottom the best Applebee's I've ever been to. Had a fantastic band outside, and they really kicked out the jams. People dancing in the tent and having a great time like they should.
New bourbon burger was delicious. Need it a little more pink next time but it was good. Waitress was a no-show for more than half the meal. Waited 18 minutes for a refill on a pepsi. The waitress that stepped in to help did more of the work though.
went there on a Sunday Evening, plenty of empty tables but still a 25 minute wait, which was shorter than the wait for a server and such. took around 40 minutes to get our food, and they brought out wrong to us and two other tables right near us. spent way too much for mediocre burgers and poor service.
I stopped with my family after from traveling from st pete and going to great explorations museum, i got in was not greeted correctly , negative energy. I was told to wait 30 to 40 minutes for a table but i see all these tables empty just with dirty dishes all over the place down to the bar section of the restaurant. I was disappointed with my first experience here and i will never be returning
I love coming to this restaurant after a long day at work. I sit at the bar for convenience. Amber and Lindsey are so welcoming. No matter if you are a regular or walk in for 1 night. They make you feel like family.If you want good service and a nice night.Come aee Amber or Lindsey. You wont regret it.
