I needed a high chair for my toddler I had to ask for it three times. Waitress was rude to our group. Food was okay but not worth the price.
Someone told me this restaurant food was very good but overpriced, so I decided to eat dinner anyway. I took my family with me 8 adults, and 2 babies and one child. The restaurant is not big few tables outside, and inside, On the left side inside the restaurant a bigger area with more tables. We did not get at the same time. So I got there first and told one person there we were 8 people plus 2 babies and one child. Another person seated us in a table with 8 chairs. When the other family members arrived I realized the space was not big enough so there was a bigger table with more chairs so I told the family to move to the other table. Because the room was empty I thought it did not matter if we move. When the waitress came back her name was Norismar or something like that, she started talking to us with attitude, told us that we can not move to another table, I explained the space was not enough and she continues to be rude with us, finally she allowed us to move. I don't like the way she treated us. It is very noise inside the restaurant. I wont go back. The food tasted good I have to give them credit for that. It is overpriced thou, our bill was more than $200.

Food is incredible good and I'm talking about great great grandma recipes a 100% authentic Puerto Rican food! They gave us una "sopa de salchichón" on the house while you look at the menu, they are very polite and the food doesn't take long to be served. They make you feel at home! It's a little bit pricey I don't going to lie but is worth it! I will definitely travel an hour again yo eat this food!
A very good attention, the waitress who attended us was very friendly and willing to answer any questions. But I think that in relation quality / price its price is a bit high.

We went on a Sunday around 2:30pm and it was not too crowded which was good as we were seated right away- party of 6. The service was good, the decor is very cute and makes you feel like you are back in the Island. The prices and portion size of food were really good. The taste was delicious ?. We ordered La Bandeja Don Ramon which was great portions and it was perfect for our group. Strongly recommend to try it - we live in Central Florida and it was a drive so we made a day of it in the Lakeland area.
Great service, incredible food, and GENEROUS portions. I had the tostones tripletas and it could easily feed 2. So good!
