This is the second time they charge me Large iced cream price with the small size cup ice cream.Although their ice cream is really good, but this is not the way you scam costumer’s money like this.If you’re running out of large cup, please don’t sell large size ice cream to the costumers.Awful experience AF.
Cute place but my daughter and I both agreed that we would rather have a milkshake from Dairy Queen, Twisty Treat or Sonic. Our shakes ended up in the garbage honestly I didn't even drink half. It was liquid with no good flavor and I order the same shake everywhere. Sorry but I'm not going there again it was a waste of money.
Let me first say I love the style this place has. Looks great, very clean and would pull in any would be potential customer from the road.The service however was so so.Mostly operated by teenagers. That’s to be expected at an ice cream shop but it seems like they had very little training.I watched multiple employees drop items on the floor they were working with and just pick them back up and use them again.The two employees we spoke to had zero customer service skills. Hardly looked up at us and did not smile the entire time.I’m normally not a stickler about these things but it was very noticeable here.We also heard while our order was being prepared the manager verbally yell at all of the employees for not getting peoples order correct.I’m all for correcting your employees if need be but not in a way where it publicly calls them out in front of the customers.That being said I do believe the two orders I’m front of us had to be remade because they were wrong.Our orders were fine with no issues.Now for the simple part.This custard was nothing great.Very basic.While the menu looks like it has a ton of options you will find out pretty quickly it’s mostly just chocolate and vanilla with a selection of toppings.It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t great either.Just average.While I love the look and feel of this place there is nothing i experienced that would cause me to want to visit again.Sub par service and management.So so custard with a cool building.Cheers
Most delicious turtle sundae ever. Attention to the details ie. perfectly roasted pecans on top of vanilla custard with warm Carmel and hot fudge! I want another!!
Since the owner took the time to respond to my review, I think it's only fair I update with actual text, instead of just stars. My original review was five stars, and I'm keeping it that way.I had never been to this location before, nor have I had frozen custard before. The options were plentiful, but organized so as not to be overwhelming. The drive thru was easy to navigate and order from. The staff was super friendly, and the parking was easy and well lit.Finally, the jackhammer was wonderful.My only complaint is the entrance is flanked by a monstrously large vehicle for Mission Barbecue. It's part of MB's aesthetic, but it makes visibility entering and exiting Andy's somewhat difficult. Not Andy's fault though!
Andy’s ice cream is great, but over the last few months it has been awful , it’s closed to customers to come in and order. This is because of short staffing . What’s the reason for this continuous lack of proper staffing? The few hard working employees who attempt to address the constant stream of patrons are being bombarded with being overworked. This establishment has the best ice-cream but the recent service is Horrendous . No one wants to be online in a car waiting for ice cream every time you come here. Please address this issue , pay your employees more treat them better whatever it takes to return to the wonderful service your customers were receiving when you first opened. Needless to say you will begin to lose customers, people are already driving in and then out due to the long lines . Your present few employees are doing g the best they can but they’re not miracle workers . Lady time for me .
The treats were SO yummy! And the spot was nifty for my son! He got the triple chocolate and LOVED it. I got the brownie and was a little bummed there weren't brownie chunks, just dust. I would go here again, but am not giving five stars because I wish they had a smaller size option. The smalls are too much and I ended throwing out half of it. I would have loved to pay less to get less.
Good custard, decent price. Really not much else to say. Wish they had just a little indoor seating but it’s a drive through basically. Good stuff all around
So many custard choices and concoctions to choose from you just can't go wrong! The kids played in the front bench area while we enjoyed out delicious treats! Must visit! ???
