While the food is good the service is atrocious. I just called to make an order like i usually do every 2 or 3 weeks, i called the store and this woman answered the phone when she asked for my address and i told her she laughed and said no. When i asked her why not she told me we dont go out that far i only live 2 miles out. Mind you i order from here for me and my daughter often and its normally a young man who answers the phone. The woman then hung up on me without saying anything more but laughing as if its a joke i dont know how there still in business with a 1 mile drive radius
I have been going to Work Crazy for years. Then I made an order tonight. Then young man that was answering the phone MF'd me. Yes, MF'd me, so I will never use them again and suggest you use some other venue.

Me and my family have been ordering delivery from here for years. The food is always good, as far as customer service, it’s atrocious. Although the food is good, good Chinese is everywhere but quality customer service is not. We will never be going back there again and I’d advice management to seriously evaluate who they let pick up phones and deal with callers.
My favorite spot for Chinese takeout! Everything they make is delicious. Their shrimp with lobster is amazing!
I ordered a honey garlic chicken dinner combination and needless to say it was FULL OF GARLIC NO HONEY IN SIGHT. The chicken was drowned in bits of minced garlic and soft and soggy. As d the fried was burnt and hard as rocks. I called to ask why i received such a poor quality dish as was told THATS how the dish is served and their rice is brown. I am aware of fried rice being brown but not BLACK AND CRISPY as if it was scraped of the bottom of the wok. I am disgusted and disappointed I waited for and picked up this poor quality dish I’m so sorry the chicken even died for it.
