We love eating here; not just for the amazing wings, but the service that's provided by Jessica, Amanda & Francine. They are fantastic and always so friendly and quick with taking care of your needs. Too bad the manager wasn't as friendly and outgoing as these 3 gals!
We order over 50 wings and PAID for 3 -2oz blue cheese because only 1 free blue cheese is included with order. Open food for party later that night only to find 1 blue cheese with order. Return the next day to advise and the MANAGER lectured me that their policy is to call the same day with issues in order. I am livid that she went back and forth with me ( the customer) about .75 cent blue cheese and not just apologize for their mistake and provide the blue cheese. Instead she continued to repeat their policy about calling!!! In front of other customers to be exact!!! I will never ever patronize Wing Plus ever again!!!! Disgusting Customer Service!!!!!!
No very good we had lemon pepper chicken wings and a Philly cheese steak with onion rings the Philly cheese steak was not season didn't really have any flavor or taste the wings were okay I'm not sure if we'll try again.
Terrible customer service ?
Me and my family have been eating at wing plus in lake worth for years but after today I will not support anymore. I ordered 40 wings yesterday and added three 2oz blue cheese to the order. Once we open the wings, the order of blue cheeses was not in the bag. My wife went there today to let them know and then the manager gave her a hard time about 3 two oz blue cheeses. I called to speak to her and she continued with her attitude. I understand that there is inflation and probably the price of blue cheese has gone up but as a manager that’s not how you handle any situation especially about a total of $2.25. #PoorManagement.
Ordered for Super Bowl Sunday not only was it ready when I arrived everything was hot and delicious. Well packed for the ride home. Very friendly and approachable staff. JIMMY is the best please find a way to hang onto him

I will say, our server was very attentive and professional.. & the wings, were definitely better than decent. My wife ordered flats that came out cold, and absolutely doused in sauce. I've never really seen chicken tenders or flats somehow get made to be gross but these were nasty. Paired with some of the most disgusting and cold fries I've ever had at a restaurant. Fries are pretty much all my three year old will eat. The fact that he did not eat one fry after trying his first tells you a lot! I managed to find some crispy ones on my plate with wings but other than that, this was a tough meal. Again, the service was excellent in our waitress was extremely kind. But whoever was in the kitchen yesterday afternoon, they need to tighten up.
Worst experience I have had in the past 20 or so years with this restaurant. Food I ordered, came covered in some weird kind of Buffalo/ cocktail sauce that was soo pungent, nobody in my house could stand to have the container open in front of them. Clearly this was not what I ordered, said so in receipt. The girl on phone gave me attitude and didn't believe me about the sauce, told me I was wrong and that there was nothing they could do about it, because I was wrong and got what I ordered, even though I did not. So after many years, I will never be ordering from wings plus again. I now have a $100 bag of Buffalo drenched food that nobody here can eat, going into the trash can. So now I have to order food from somewhere else and pay for dinner twice. I don't know what is going on, this place was never so bad I have loved it for many years. They have recently been declining into this brick wall they have hit, and now lost regular customers of very many years.Edit: response to owner. First of all, the glowing red sauce that was all over our food was NOT BBQ, despite if you call it that. It's glowing red, spicy hot, sour and bitter. Again none of this was the issue. The issue was the attitude we got when asking about the order and getting nasty attitude in response from the employee, who then handed phone to manager who was even nastier. Your complete lack of professionalism is the result of this rating, nothing else. But that can be evident to anyone on Google who can read your response to my honest rating. You ask why we didn't call so you could fix it to make us happy, when this review is literally about us calling for you to fix the order and refusing to. After looking into the issue further, I believe the manager in question is in fact the owner after they separated from rest of wings plus locations.I see you can change your review as well, let me be the very first to inform you that your restaurant has been reported for violations and is now under investigation. I love love love Wings Plus. Fantastic pub grub, the wings are amazing (I recommend the Key West sauce!) and the staff are wonderful. Every time my husband and I go here we always get great customer service and the owner is a total kick, super fun. This place is a definite plus for Lake Worth.
