My friend had an experience here that was quite traumatizing. I’m sorry to say, but this was not an isolated incident. Both times that she visited this restaurant she was greeted by roaches in the drive-thru trying to crawl into her car. The first time, she was able to catch it before it came into her car. The second one, was successful getting into her car. She drove off without even getting her food and the roach wasn’t found - “never again.”
This is the second time my husband has ordered a baconator from here and received a chicken sandwich instead
Worst service every time. Atleast they’re consistent with that. The doors have been locked by 7 pm every single day for months on end and everyone is always just messing around inside. The drive thru line is always a mile long. The door for inside dining was finally open so I decided to go in to skip the line. I walked in to hear the manager degrading an employee infront of other customers and employees. I then walked up to the same manager and asked if I could place an order. I was rudely told (basically laughed at) that she didn’t have anyone to ring me up at the front counter. Something that would take all of 1 minute if that to do so I could get my kids food for dinner after I drive 2 hours home from work. She said to go wait in the drive thru line like everyone else. Why was the door even unlocked? What a shame that store has gone completely down the drain. So worried about hot fries that you don’t care how the store runs.
No star. Service is the worse. I had many experience of soggy lettuce. Getting incorrect change. Hypoluxo and Jog. Customer service is very very poor .
Placed a pickup order, once I get here the lobby is locked (during open hours). Forced to wait in drive through line (already paid). Line is backed up and moving at a snails pace. I had enough time to read a book. No sign or warning about the closed lobby. Horrible service. Save yourself the 30 min. And drive elsewhere.

I go there today, tell me dining room closed, how can be closed , 2 people eatting inside and doors open. This was at 530 pmNot coming at this location anymore ... unacceptable, they dont want business
Quick cheap classic cheeseburgers, fries and a coke. I dont eat fast food except when I miss eating them occaisionally.
I love having longs days at work then ordering a double cheeseburger just to receive CHICKEN SANDWICHS!
Extremely rude older Hispanic lady said I couldn’t order food on my scooter next time I tried to come on it after I already ordered it, she should be fired from this location immediately!
