Every single time I come to this wendys during the 12 o'clock hour the very rude and lazy employees that "work" during this hour will Literally stand at the window and ignore you they advertise that there open tell 1am but the employees don't honor this advertisement and completely ignore your existence I love wendys my wife and children love wendys but I don't believe i will be eating at this wendys ever again this has happened multiple occasions this 1 employee who you can see clearly in the picture will stand there and pack her own dinner but ignore the customer very sad and very unprofessional
My handsome boyfriend and I decided to go to Wendys for a late lunch, and it was such a horrible experience!! They need new management! It was so unorganized, all the orders where extremely backed up and to make it worse the a.c was clearly broken. I never got my receipt they got my order wrong and after 40 mins of me asking for my missing items and not receiving them I just had to leave. The maneger on was frazzled and wanted to close the store at 3:00pm the staff were getting into arguments with each other there was no order it was chaos.
Possibly the only Wendy's I'll go to in a 10 mile radius. They actually try to go fast, and are successful most of the time. Maybe a little more enthusiasm from the staff can make them the beat fast food drive though in Palm Beach County. Not sure if it's because they are that good, or everyone else is truly that bad. But I won't go to any other Wendy's.
This is the worst Wendy’s I have been to. I come to this location because it’s close to my home and every time my experience sucks. This location needs to completely restaff and change management. This location has terrible customer service, horrible products and just a very negative environment. They always close early they don’t care about the customer AT ALL! I will most definitely drive to another location moving forward. The owner needs to get in there and make changes before this place gets closed down. Horrible horrible horribleI’ll never spend another penny here!
This location has gone down hill. Doesn't matter if you are the only person in line, it takes 10 minutes for them to take your order at the box, then another 15 to hand you your food. I've sat there looking at bags of food for 10 minutes, while the guy just stares off into space in between filling sodas. Then someone walks up from the back to hand me the bags. It's ridiculous
I'm not sure what is going on with Wendy's lately but failed to meet expectations yet again. Missing items from a drive through pick up, partially my own fault for not checking to see if everything was in the bags, however, I did ask multiple times if everything was in the bags to which the answer was YES! and then the drive through person walked out of sight.CHECK YOUR ORDER AT THE WINDOW before driving away... otherwise "Leo Getz" will be saying I told you so.
Staff almost non existent...not clean..and no chili..glad they had none...probably not a good idea.
Got my order wrong twice! Not being trained properly most of them don't even know the menu! Seems like 10-15 years ago they were a lot better with getting your orders right then now! I think you need a bachelor's degree to work at McDonald's now because the ones they have there now can't add two plus two!
The French fries are good but the other food is not good. Well done burgers and we'll done chicken nuggets not good. Fries are hot and they get you fries with no salt. Very hot and good.
Ordered a regular chicken sandwich got a hot spicy chicken sandwich, was already 2 miles from the drive-thru when I discovered it.
