I honestly have never seen a staff so slow or incompetent. They bagged my fries and then what was no less than 12-15 minutes later put the chicken patties in the frier. I would fire at least 3 of them.

This is the WORST Wendy’s I have ever been to. I understand that it’s fast food and I’m not going to receive a 5 star meal, but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Wendy’s. We went inside to enjoy our lunch and it took 15 minutes to just place the order due to poor training of staff members. After that I went to get my drink and turns out that every single soda in the dispenser happened to be out and I had to have the staff fill it up on the diver through side. After receiving my order everything was burnt, like come on how do you burn a burger bun, the fry’s were half cooked. Half the staff were either on their phones, taking personal calls, and just standing around. The best part we were the only ones in the building and no line through the drive through. Don’t come here or you will be thoroughly disappointed. I wish I could give them 0 stars because this establishment here deserves it.

My meal was hot and fresh and tasty. The reason I gave it two stars was because they ran out of straws and no sodas in the machine all they had was coke. The staff was very nice to me but other guests didn't have a pleasant experience. But how could you say no to a juicy burger from Wendy's. Sometimes you have to understand from a staff's point of view and know that things like this can happen but can be prevented to make it a better experience for the customer

Ask for chili with cheese and onions ànd get charged for it ..lol... dude at window repeats back yup 2 chili with cheese and onions ..frosty machine was down to.well looks like noo cheese or onions .people are getting lazier and lazier.everytime we ever go here it SUCKS SERVICE & FOOD

Worst drive thru ever, long wait plus wrong order given to me. Never go here.

They gave me a potato with a burnt bug on it.How did none of the employees see that?

Had a guy named Matthew at front, he helped us with some inconveniences, amazing worker, made a bad place a good experience

I placed an order online for myself, I got there at @ 11:41. The system says they were closed, I still attempted to get my order I drove though I stopped at the window for approximately 3 minutes everyone was in there and they had an headset on they were just looking at me until I drove off. This is the worst to come to.

The drive-through cashier was talking so fast I couldn't understand the word that they said I asked her to place go down and give me a minute And when I got to the pick up window I thought she was talking to me when she was taking another order

Not sure if they were short staffed but I waited in the drive thru for over 35 mins.
