They made huge mistakes in almost all items in our order (delivery order made on the corporate website) and refused to refund the order - only option was for me to drive to the store to get replacements. How could that possibly make things right on a delivery order? Was told by manager that I'd hear back from them, but never did. Had to spend an hour on the phone with corporate headquarters to get a refund. (That said, big ups to Wendy's corporate office - they handled things perfectly and refunded in full - other than the 45 minute hold time.... We're still big fans of Wendy's, but have no intention of returning to this location.)
A huge shoutout and thanks to TAY! Who literally went above and beyond for me and my family. We went pretty late with our little girls and the card machine was down and we BARELY had cash, our total came out to $29.xx and we only had about $26. We were looking for change and trying to deduct stuff off our order and he insisted on paying the difference. It might not seem much, but it was huge for us. It’s people like Tay that makes us have faith in the world again. His kindness & sweet personality is truly one of a kind. God bless you Tay! You have no idea how you touched our hearts today, thanks again for everything.
They don't use gloves and they handle the food with there bare hands.... One employee touched my fries with his hands and cashier was very rude food was cold
Nice enough people but they are soooo slow. They have you pull out of the drive through and have you wait 20 min for your meal. This is crazy!
Do not recommend. Evening staff are the worst. It's like going to Popeye's. The wait is long and the staff are useless. The quality of people hired is very low. Chick-Fil-A for the win.... again
I don't know who runs this location but the food is never fresh. Everything you get you can tell that the food has been setting out for a while. The sandwiches are hard to bite into and so is the fries. I never have a good experience with the food there.
Worst place ever I live right around the corner from it and there's always attitude, wrong orders, missing BBQ sauce and straws ... worst place ever to order food. This place should be close down or be in New MANAGEMENT
TV adds and flyer in window reflects a special on breakfast biscuit sandwich. Staff refused to honor the price so I left without ordering. No wonder the place had no other customers. Terrible management at this location
Fast and friendly atmosphere and the service was pretty fast just didn't like the manager eating frys and putting my food in the bag
The service was horrible. The woman on the drive thru speaker had attitude so bad and was very rude. Spent 45 dollars on food. After every thing I order said drive up when I was not finished ordering. She then told me after paying i would have to go park because they have to cook the whole order. When I couldn't move up to park because of another car in the drive thru she said I told u to park nasty. Food was thrown together and fries were half full.
