Here we go again. Another restaurant chain that thinks they are too big to fail. Ordered food from this location later in the evening through Uber Eats. Order was disgusting. Missing tomatoes and the tacos were smashed and cold. Hard shells were soggy and broken. The food quality and worker quality has gone down so badly over the years. Sorry Taco Bell, I won't be eating your garbage food anymore. God I miss Del Taco from the west coast.
If you think about bad fast food, as in slow. Worst taco bell in the area, they never make the food right, and never put sauce I ask for in the bag. They are costing drivers their tips because they can't even do their job. Everytime I order from this location I know I'm going to be disappointed. Take your money else where.
Ordered online for lobby pick up, hoping too avoid a long wait. When I arrived the lobby was closed, even though the site and signage on the door say otherwise. I can't even leave because I've already paid for my food online for a 9:45 pm pick up. It's been 11 minutes so far. I'm not excited for my cold food. On the hopeful bright side, maybe it's taking so long because they are making the food 5 star...
The best quesdillas of any fast food restaurant. The frozen Baja blast is the best drink of all time. It hands down beats any slurpee from 7-11 and now they have other flavors like blue raspberry. Are you kidding me? Don't forget the nachos cheese. You can't even find better nacho cheese at a 5 star fine dining establishment. Gordon Ramsey could not make better nacho cheese if he tried. The doroitos locos tacos are fire too. I tried the flaming hot cool ranch this time and I was not disappointed. They are addicting. I just wanted another one after I finished the first one like it was a drug. I was fiending for doroitos locos tacos the minute it was gone. It was crazy. I needed it but I was out of money. I didn't know what to do. I knew a pawn shop that was still open so I grabbed all the tools out of my garage and all my electronics from my house and went straight to the pawn shop. I didn't get much but that's another great thing about taco bell you don't need a lot of money to get a lot of food. I got my doroitos locos tacos and even had some money for another nacho cheese and Baja blast. I had to get the regular Baja blast because I couldn't come up with that freeze money. When I got back home my whole family was there. They had all came over to tell me they think that I might have a problem with tacos and that pawning all your valuables for tacos is not normal behavior. That's when I let them try the new flaming hot cool ranch doroitos locos tacos. They quickly changed their minds and are headed to the pawn shop as we speak.
Service was ok but food was cold. Cashier was talking good someone o. Her phone. Glad she gave my my card back.
Love this place they always get it right they're friendly at the window I wish that they would post a sign that says watch out for the iguanas I don't want those iguanas run over and there seems to be a lot of them in the Drive-Thru Lane.
Around 4:30 I was in drive trough about 20 minutes waiting , the cashier was so extremely rude he refused to give me his name , so disrespectful
Try to wash hands before ordering food they locked bathroom an management would help . No one would help an would not take my order. Manager was on phone an ignor me , so did all the employees there .no one could speak English so I couldn't get service.
The “supervisor” at this Taco Bell has absolutely no customer service. Not only was he rude to me, he told me that I am a “stupid driver” all because I questioned why he would park his car in an authorized location of his restaurant. As an Uber driver, I expect to get my order for my client promptly. It took over 25 minutes to get the order due to where he parked. Please train your managers better and make sure they have better customer services.
