Nothing but the absolute best service and impeccable, AUTHENTIC, homemade Italian food. Boutique, small restaurant with a beautiful atmosphere. The owner, Nino, is a super friendly and gracious host. Nino takes the time out to walk though the dining room and greet guests, answer questions and just have a friendly chat. My favorite entree is the pasta purses and the truffle ravioli appetizer. Perfection! Make reservations or arrive early - this is a very popular place, with limited seating. The best restaurant in the Palm Beaches!!!!
I came for lunch on a weekday. Busy but not crowded. Many pasta entrées. I opted for one with chicken, pasta, and several other ingredients. A good combination of textures and flavors. Reasonably priced. Pleasant atmosphere.
Enjoyed our first of many dinners there on Easter Sunday. From the moment we walked in we felt we were in a special place. Elegant old-world decor and feel. Beautiful intimate space featuring expertly prepared and served cuisine. A true gem in Lake Worth. Great for special occasions or just a relaxing dinner with fine wines.
We visited your restaurant on March 19. We made a reservation for 5:30 PM for four people and I used a power wheelchair. I am writing to let you know that we were extremely satisfied with your fine dining restaurant. It was so nice to have authentic homemade meals served by real Italian people. The atmosphere was great, service was excellent, and the food was the best we have ever had.We were visiting our family and we are from Canada. It was our last celebration before we left for home and we could not have asked for better a experience. Our family is also recommending it to all of their friends/family. We will definitely visit you again when we return. Cheers!
We stumbled by this place by accident and also heard good things about it form friends. Nino greeted; us and sat us even without a reservation. We ordered all the specials which were fabulous. Run don't drive to this hidden gem in Lake worth. Great place! As good as it gets! Dr. T
Walked to the restaurant and we loved the atmosphere inside. Felt like it was old style Italian. Food was very very good. I would recommend and also would return!
Went in without a reservation on a Sunday night. Nino greeted us and sat us at a very nice 2 top. Ordered the special calamari and pepper with sausage. Outstanding!. Then ordered the special fish and Braciola . Had a peanut butter chocolate cake for dessert. Expresso was delicious as well. We will make the 30 minute trip. AMAZING! Dr.T
We had an excellent dining experience at Rustico. All of the staff were attentive but not intrusive. The meal service was nicely timed without too much waiting nor feeling rushed. When we wanted salad to go with our meals, the server suggested splitting a large salad which turned out to be just the right amount for us. The menu has some unusual dishes and is not limited to typical Italian-American basics. We also shared the limoncello cake for dessert. It was light and a good finish to a filling meal. There was quiet music which provided some atmosphere but did not infringe on our conversation. This was our first visit and if we lived in the area, we would definitely return.

This is a very special place! So charming with Lovely secluded areas paneled by colorful draperies so if you want a very romantic dinner you have it! What is special is that The Servers are wonderful and engaging just like your in Capri which is where the owners are from! This will be your new favorite ? place! The food is delicious as well- The Paperdelle and Osso Buco are definitely worth the trip! Snapper is also very good! Highly Recommended this place where the wine pour is amazing and the complementary Limincello is a treat!!
