Great customer service and friendly staff! We had a larger party for a birthday and they were very accommodating. I spoke with Debbie earlier in the morning and she was helpful all the way through dinner! She even took a group photo of us out front afterwards. Our server Nelly was very sweet and efficient! She made sure we had everything we needed in a timely manner. Our food was delicious and we had a great time! Thank you all so much!
The food was terrible I’ve never had so much pepper in mashed potatoes in my life . The soup was old the coconut shrimp were cooked so hard omg just terrible
My Sis & I haven't been eating out much since COVID and were craving some really good food. We had many options, but decided that we wanted to go some place that has reliably good food. So we chose this Red Lobster, even though they usually take forever to collect our order, and even longer to bring it to the table. Well didn't we just get the biggest surprise ever on this visit! The food wasn't only good. It was PHENOMENAL. Probably the best we've ever had from this Red Lobster over the past 20 years. And holey moley! We were so lucky to have Glenda (Glinda?) as our server. She told us she usually works the front, but they were short-staffed and she stepped in to help. So we hit the lottery when it came to accidentally getting the ABSOLUTE BESTEST SERVER! How often do you get the most exceptional food EVER when you are only expecting good food? How often do you get the greatest service experience EVER when you generally have to wait forever to be served? I had the Lobster Lovers Feast. Sis had the Seafarer. And we enjoyed the stuffed mushrooms as an appetizer, which were so much better than we remembered. I'm pretty sure this happy collision of events (super delicious food + crazy wonderful service) is unlikely to ever happen again. But for the time being, it was an hour or two of food heaven? I hope future diners at the Lake Worth Red Lobster get so lucky! And I sure would love to experience it again someday soon.

Was there 50 minutes before closing, I know you should never go before closing. I had to wait at the door for 4 minutes, with staff passing by and saying nothing. Hostess finally came and set me. The waitress said is that for me, when told yes she rolled her eyes. I guess she was to be cut early because she had a discussion with another staff member about seating me there. She never came by the table. I got up and left.I was there for MEMBERS SNEAK PEAK, LOBSTER FEAST.. Thank you for saving my cash.Went back the following week, earlier 815, the service and food were excellent. I even had a new waitress on her first night who was set 4 tables all at once. She did a fantastic job.
We just had an awesome meal at the Lake Worth Red lobster! Food was hot and super tasty and our server was one of the best (Nellie)! Thanks for a great Valentine's meal!
Quick and easy to place on-line order and curbside delivery is fantastic. They text you to let you know when the order is ready and promptly bring it to your car
Management team at this RL is very nice and accommodating. I ordered from Chicago to have delivered to my mom in FL. Big surprise was Mom was not home. I called and Debbie helped me to coordinate delivery for a later time.
Very attentive service. It was pretty busy so it was a little slow but I believe this to be the new norm. Our server, Glenda, was awesome.
