I surely am very upset with Pizza Hut I called my local Pizza Hut today and unfortunately there system has been down all day so I called the next nearest Pizza Hut which was 3879 Jog Rd Bay 66 Lake worth 33467. I begin to place my order for the medium seven dollar pizza at the end of me place in the order the young man told me my total was 35 and some change. I asked him why the price was $35 if the pizzas are seven dollars each and I ordered three he told me to hold on. After being on hold m for 10 minutes or so I disconnected. It just seems like there’s a A lot of disconnect within Pizza Hut and maybe the employee should be trained properly. If they can’t take a simple order how do I know that Pizza is Being made fresh and properly. This is the second time in a week that I’ve had an issue with Pizza Hut.
WORST customer service from the general manager. Had to cancel my order because I was not going to take the disrespect and give the company money. I was calling to let them know I put in the address incorrectly and it needed to be changed and he would let me get a word in to change the address. I got hung up on and when I called back they said they couldn’t change the address and he had the worst attitude. The disrespect and hatefulness I received was outrageous and we will be taking our business elsewhere for now on.
I ordered a large 3 topping pizza on Sunday and picked it up myself. It was ready when I arrived but it was underbaked and undersauced. I was very disappointed, it was far beneath the quality I expected.
Sorry to say but I have to it's covid out there and I just watched these guys make my food and other orders but had on no gloves at all.... wen I told the employee he said he washed his hands.. that's not exceptible... won't be eating there again..???
Just ordered a pizza and wings. Gave gift card number and then they hung up before I could give gate code. I called back and they said they didn’t have my number or order or address. They said I did not call that Pizza Hut. They charged my card the 32 plus dollars. I will not be eating here ever again. I filed a complaint. What a scam.
This is the best pizza in town. The manager, Oscar, has fantastic customer service and treats us like family. I have a grandson with severe autism who is extremely picky and every week Oscar always goes out of his way to make sure everything is perfect. THANK YOU OSCAR!
Ordered food late night when the food arrived everything looked fine until further inspection we noticed white little bugs in the pasta and the box
I’m very disappointed that my food was not cooked fully and the taste was horrible I paid 44 dollars for horrible food
Night shift manager was awsome, my order was missing something he and his crew went the extra mile to complete my order and added a little extra. I do like ordering from this pizza hut. Thank you guys
First time we ordered in probably 10 years. We used to love Pizza Hut thin crust pizza. I ordered 1 pepperoni lovers and 1 veggie lovers pizza. The bottom crust was not fully cooked and tasted like cardboard! Bring back the quality and consistency from the past.
