I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service at this store. I frequent this store often and I consider myself a valued customer. However, tonight I placed an order and waited for the pizza to arrive. However, at the order delivery time; even after dispatching a DoorDasher; my order was cancelled. There needs to be more training for staff to better assist clients with there orders. Luckily, dominos came through for our families order tonight and I will not be using this store going forward.
Wife ordered pizza awhile ago, delivered not 1 but 2 burnt pizzas, 30 minutes late.. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but to no avail... Ordered a pizza and they switched the delivery to Door Dash because of a driver shortage.. We seen the driver was going in the wrong direction, so we called the driver twice and got no answer then they texted stating they we're taking the pizza back to the store which was already closed SO BIG THANKS FOR NOTHING! Got my money back when they opened, but still PICK UP ONLY & CHECK BEFORE YOU LEAVE.. IF you wanna roll the dice & order...all I can say is...GOOD LUCK
The pizza I received was burnt and over cooked.Update May 15th I did an online order totaling $40 with a great tip added from my card. They didn't bring my drinks I ordered. The first call nobody returned back to the phone. The second call they hung up. The third call they asked me to hold on and never came back. This place should be closed. I am very disappointed in this location. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!
Order of 2 large pizzas, chicken wings, 2 fries for a total of 65$. 2 Fries cost 8$ , a bowl of 15 fries and the other one not many more!!!!
Ordered delivery. Was 25min late. Said order was canceled because we wouldn't answer door. EVEN THOUGH I WAS WATCHING TV ON THE PATIO OUT FRONT WAITING FOR THEMLet alone I had still selected contactless delivery and had that on since covid!! So even if I wasn't there my pizza should have been left by my door and recieved a text right??? I guess our townhouse facing the main road was just to hard to find.
The food was delicious and well packed. The text updates were great.. Also, the driver was very pleasant.
Well I did not get my ranch dressing that I ordered and paid for. Also the marinara sauce was bad. It tasted horrible and it upset my stomach.
Your employee who served us was very helpful and attentive.
The delivery person forgot more than half of our order. We had to wait for them to go back to store and pick it up. We only have an hour lunch and were celebrating a birthday. By the time the delivery girl got back the pizzas we did receive were super cold and we only had a few minutes left of lunch. Also she had no empathy had an attitude just dropped it off without even looking at me turn around and left. Horrible experience.
Considering the size of the pizza, and the quality- I was surprised to see that my order was nearly $50 for two pizzas. With that fact in mind I’d hardly find it easy to recommend Pizza Hut.
