Never disappoints. Although clearly they are understaffed and training a lot of people on the job at the same time. That made it a little slower and difficult and slow to ask for additional things at the bar (i.e. condiments). Still, they make up for it with good attitude and willingness to do a good job. The kitchen did a good job. Oh and the new power lemonades (with caffeine) rock!

I get it, mistakes happen. You think you're reaching for sandwich A and grab sandwich B. The first time this happened the manager was incredibly apologetic and redelivered the correct items fairly quickly.The second time it happened, the manager could not get me off the phone fast enough.I get it if you could care less that my dinner was not coming tonight, and now I have to figure out an alt plan, but at least try to hide the contempt in your voice until I'm off the phone. Also, "Corporate" Panera send too bad, their indie and not our prob. ?
The girls that work there and the guys the Kooks they're very very friendly and the place is super super clean I feel like it's my home away from home and the food is just delicious I mean I enjoy my chicken Greek salad and I just haven't found another place that makes it as as good as they do it's super the bread is excellent and everything is good so I'd suggest anybody to go in for a breakfast or lunch or dinner and I'm really happy about that place
Would rather go out of my way to another Panera. The past few months, I’ve been ordering curbside. The order is either extremely late, or just sitting behind their counter after they marked it ready. Today I found my order at the pick up station even while the ticket is for curbside. I did eventually decide that I’ll just order in-person or place for in-store pickup, but curbside is convenient for a hurried person as myself. I don’t like that if you order a drink with your pickup, the straw is exposed (no wrapper) and taped to the bag. There’s tape residue on the drinking straw. Boynton Beach Panera is really quick, never a delay!
Great food and customer service is amazing
Online order for pickup, not ready when I arrived. Waited approx. 7 min for order that was cold when I arrived home. Also, had gift card that I wanted to know balance. When I presented the gift card the girl, Amanda, said I would have to purchase something to find out!! I said, "what if there's nothing on the card?" She replied, "then we'll find out together." Very unprofessional. If this was the case, why couldn't she perform a sale, then void it if that was the only way to find out the balance--which I find hard to believe. I did try to find out online, but was told the particular card had to be brought into the store to find balance. So, I still don't know the balance, or if there is a balance.
We had by far the worst experience at this specific facility at 6300 Lantana Rd, Lake Worth, FL 33463 on the evening of January 3rd. We decided to order from the app to minimize the amount of time inside as we had our toddler with us. We placed the order and paid all on the app and got the little progress chart that is supposed to indicate preparation, quality control and ready for pick up. The system went through all the stages and stated ready for pickup. I also signed up for the text notification, which also stated ready for pickup. We went inside and there was nothing on the pickup shelf. We waited a few minutes then asked the person at the counter about it. She asked for the last name, did a check and then came back and said they have no record of that order. We were utterly confused as we had an order number, a confirmation and a paid confirmation. We then gave the counter person the order number and they checked the system and found the order. She then proceeded to give the preppers the printed order and we waited for about another 45 mins, then we asked again for status. The preppers proceeded to tell the counter person they tossed the printed copy out. She printed another copy for them and went back to the preppers and discussed. The preppers then indicated they didn’t have most of the items to prepare the orders. We are now more than an hour in after the “ready for pickup” the manager then comes to relay the same info. At this point we asked for a refund as there were 3 others there; 2 ordered at the counter and 1 was a door dash, who all encountered issues of not getting their ordered meals.This is the first time we have ever seen anything like this from the franchise and will not be returning to this particular one unless they improve.
I order from here a lot and the food is good but the service is trash, the managers and employees are very dismissive when you make a complaint. They get orders wrong all the time and when you call in for an order they ask you to repeat yourself 100xs over.
The girl upfront was very sweet. I came here and asked for a broccoli cheddar soup with a bread bowl. I asked if they could warm up my bread bowl and the manager said they couldn’t warm it up in the back oven but I could warm it in the microwave. But they make hot sandwiches which they have to warm up in the same oven. How do they sell bread but refuse to warm it up for you with your meal?
