You tried to give small shops a chance but they are so inconvenient. You have to buy a certain amount to use your card they won’t sell you a beverage without ice ?♀️Do not recommend at all! 1st and last time here

I love this place. The drinks, ice creams, etc are really good here. I stopped going there due to the lack of customer service. The owner is nice I’ve met him a couple of times but his staff not so much.

This is NOT the place to go to if you want to be treated with good customer service. The owner is extremely rude and VERY impatient.
Bad customer service. Stopped in today around 1:30. Patiently waited behind a lady he was having a conversation with. When it was my turn he rushed me. I wanted to ask him about his cones & flavors he’d recommend. When I told him I wanted ice cream (I thought he’d go where it is to see what kind I wanted) all he did was point at his displays and starred at me until I told him what I wanted. I looked at the reviews and sure enough there was a review just like this.
