Flavors are usual good, but most of the machines are down, and only 3 or 4 are available. This shouldn't be happening so often.
What a disappointment. We walked in an hour before closing as to not be “that guy” and they were already closing up. There was an odd smell as you walk in. There were only two flavors available that were dairy free and when I pulled the lever nothing came out. The two employees “working” did not acknowledge us at all. After zero assistance from any employees I threw out my empty cup and proceeded to leave. I guess the staff were more preoccupied with closing any hour early, than making any sales. Im not trying to be a “Karen”, just disappointed.
Very little selection…very substandard workers… Used to be my fave! Went totalydownhill!
It says it closes at 10 but i guess thats not true. Stopped to grab something to go quickly before closing and the lady gave a nasty face and signed it was closed. Either update the store hours or close on time. Thats ridiculous.
Went in 3/20 night and the young brunette woman worker was awful and seemed annoyed to be there. Place was also much dirtier than before also. Overall not great and very disappointed. Ice cream was good though.
This place is dirty and disgusting. The staff is rude and the owner is worse! My FOUR year old had to use the bathroom and they REFUSED to let her go. They lied and said it was locked. I can’t wait to make it my new mission to report this business to every organization possible until they fix all these gross and negligent activities.
Wonderful friendly staff, great toppings, and the vibe is immaculate.
Bad service, no waffle cones and a lot of missing flavors. This was my second and last time at the Lake Worth location. My first time was during the pandemic and I figured the bad service was due to that. I guess I was wrong; it is just the normal. I'd rather stick to the ones in Wilton Manors and Tamarac.
Tried it once now I'm addicted. Best frozen yogurt by far.
Worst place they only had two flavors never coming back so disappointing ?
