Just order a meal from this location @ 9:13am. The manager needs better training when it comes to speaking to customers. Went to the drive and she asked us how can she helps us then once we started speaking she said we are going to have to wait with attitude. Then comes back and once we started to communicate with her she gave us attitude. Ladies in the window we’re lovely however manager needs to do better
Horrendous service and food. I have ordered online a few times and never had an issue. Tonight was abysmal starting from the long wait to the miserable female worker to the cold dried out food! Ordered nuggets-no sauce i ordered was in the bag, nuggets hard and cold. Ordered chicken sandwich with mayo-no mayo, roll burnt and chicken overcooked. Fries cold salty and undercooked on top of that the lazy employee waited for another car to pull up 5 minutes after me until the lazy a$$ girl came out with my order - I could have driven through the drive through twice and her slowness probably attributed to the cold food! Pathetic nasty unpleasant African American girl! I should have gotten her name to report her! They say you get what you pay for but the entire meal should have been free!
Very nice and quiet, but I got scolded by the owner for asking her for ice at 7pm when the office was closed.
Got a crispy chicken meal. The chicken sandwich was really tough and hard to chew. Service was good. Fries were hot n fresh. Will not b ordering that sandwich again.
Patty is the best Drive thru team member. She always has a smile. My son is picky and she always gets his order correct.
Constantly getting order wrong, kiosks dont work half the time, ignores offers and deals presented validly. The least amount of time i waited for a order from a dead tome, 20mins. This mc donalds abuses the fact its the closest mcdonalds. Will never go here again, rather pay $15 for a salad. Edit: forgot, they dont listen to the table tents either, food went cold.
This McDonald's has the best customer service and friendliest employees. I mean there isn't high expectations at least with me for good customer service at fast food restaurants but this specific McDonald's far exceeded them. Im currently stranded and waiting for my friend to pick me up. They can't come here till a couple hours from when I first arrived. I came in and they were closing down the inside but let me stay inside to wait for my ride. They were so nice and I ordered my food and sat back down as I assumed it would take a little bit. One of the employees came and delivered it to me! He did not have to do that. The manager on shift was super sweet as well ! Thank you guys I'm super appreciative of letting me sit inside even though it's suppose to be closed so I don't have to be outside waiting :)
Tried to go on my lunch only to find the diner doors locked. After calling was told they didn't have enough people to serve walk-ins. Way to fail that being a fast food restaurant.

I started to come to this McDonald's because the one closest to me had horrible service and always messed up our orders. This one is now slowly turning into the same. Last 3 visits have been issues. 1st visit they messed up our order, missed items. 2nd visit we sat inside and the place was literally trashed. Every single table was dirty, garbage all over the tables, floors, seats, garbage cans were over flowing and they missed items in our order. This time we went to eat inside and BOTH doors are locked, at 1pm, the busiest hour of the day. This place is being ran by kids on the weekend it seems like. Yall gotta step your game up. If I have to travel 20 minutes to not give neither of my closest locations my money or business then so be it and I'll let anybody I know that goes to either of these locations how bad it is.
