Got ice cream cone very little for your money. Went back and manager got us more ice cream ?. Should not have to ask for more ice cream cone it should be the same roughly. NO SPECIALS AT THIS TIME. Employees goofing around and loud. Manager didn't tell them to stop it and act more professional. HOW SAD ?. Food not good place is messy and two girls were doing arts and crafts with glue and sparkles. The manager said nothing to them about you should not do that here. The smell of glue was ?.
Only McDonald's that doesn't let you trade in the kids toy for ice cream. Manager doesn't know what she's doing. Blonde lady in a red shirt. On shift at 3:45 today when we came in. This also brings me to a general point about McDonald's in general. Managers are not trained on quality control across all franchises. This manager clearly shrugged it off because she clearly didn't know McDonald's policy. If she did, she wouldn't have said no. It was also in how she said no. She didn't even look at us or offer any apology. McDonald's never has the same management or staff, because they simply do not value their employees, therefore their employees either do not know what they're doing, or they were not trained properly, therefore they cannot adequately value their customers.
Had a shake and ice-cream. It was good but prices are starting to get up there. Over 2 bucks for a sundae is getting too high.
The Manager Mario, doesn’t even know how to take an order. I ordered a cinnamon roll when i get to the window no cinnamon roll. Telling me i need to go around again. This isn’t my fault.
Everytime I come to this mcdonalds there is an issues to over a 45 min drive through wait or wrong items. I know drive to another one. Needs new management and better training.
Ordered a pancake platter and the pancake were cold and hard. I’m glad I stopped in the parking lot to check my food. They weren’t even busy. You would think this is 2022 we could start it off right, but nope. Terrible
Come here every Thursday after school. What used to be a treat for my son has turned into teaching him what “incompetence” means since the only consistent thing is them giving him the wrong food, not ringing in something, or completely forgetting items. It’s been 4 weeks in a row, and numerous times before that to trigger me to count for fun.
I tried using a coupon code from the Walmart app in drive through. Once I was at the window to pay the woman started arguing with me about using the code. She said it was too late even though I already mentioned it previously. Poorly trained employees, figured a middle aged woman would before professional.
Got my order wrong on curbside pickup. It must be hard to confirm a proper order
I was sitting in drive-through for 10 minutes nobody ever came to the window I thought this was a 24 hour service I do it every morning nobody ever answers the window at 5 am when website says 24 hrs. Not right Trying to eat before I go to work if you say 24 hours it should be open 24 hours
