So after a really long day at an event I wanted a quick meal on the way home - the line was long at 10:25 pm but I assumed that meant they were cooking up a storm and everything would be awesome - yeah not so much after waiting 16 minutes in line I finally got my food and the fries were stone cold - I asked for new fries and he took them and came back 5 minutes later not with new fries but they just refried the fries they gave me - I know this cause this has happened before - so over all it was a gross meal I threw out - thanks appreciate the attention to detail and customer service
TERRIBLE SERVICE. They refused to give us our receipt, charged for TWO different prices of orange juice but gave us two little bottles. Then when I called to speak to the manager, they hung up on me. Make it make sense!!! BS level service. Never again
Typical McDonald's food was hot service was ok could have been more friendly though
On weekend and nights its the worst and today ask sugar and cream in my coffee i got home and the coffee was black not even sugar in it. And they never give napkins.
My fries are always cold and I always have to ask for them with No salt to have good fries
Horrible! Do NOT go during any rush hour, you won't get want you ordered! I got a receipt that was not legible, at all! Then got a completely different meal than I ordered...I mean, cmon. McDonald's has been around for years! With the same exact food. How can you not get it right?
No matter what time of day it is they always ask you to move forward to get your order. Then you wind up waiting 10 minutes. I guess they do this to make their window time goals. Bad service. Today they did not have soda only coffee and tea.
Fresh hot French fries and soft buns on the burger. Polite staff and prompt service
I ordered 5 large fries.. very disappointed they probably pass as small!! This place cuts corners would not recommend ???
Awesome service, good-tasting food, great environment! I soo appreciate them being open Thanksgiving day, esp for those of us who have nowhere else to go....
