Worst customer service!!!! I made a online order for breakfast and made the order at 10:20 pulled up to the drive thru at 10:22 and they took my order at 10:31 and then the guy told me they couldn’t server my order because it was after 10:30 and then the other girl told me she could give me my food if I paid 11 dollars when my order was 6 dollars.
I want to give them a -star‼️ a bunch of underage kids and over grown incompetent adults running this establishment, they had the drive-thur line backed up to the streets cause they was to busy playing around
I wouldnt be surprised if this location ended up on Twitter or tiktok. The amount of racism shown to the customers should NEVER be tolerated EVER. Just because someone speaks to you with a slight hispanic accent doesn't give you the right to treat them like less of a human and most definitely doesn't give you the right to throw their bag of food at them. The funny part was that the person doing it had an accent himself. So to the short, bad spoken, and disrespectful manager or whoever you are please know it's simple. Be Kind.
When you walk in to order, please save time by ordering at kiosk because the manager will turn you around to order at kiosk instead of just ringing you up. That was unprofessional. Other than that food quality is great and clean establishment.

The worker at the window to give the food out was very very rude she had such a bad attitude and when I was ordering the food she was being rude too acting like she didn’t want to take my order. Then they forgot to give me two cheeseburgers and I went all the way home when I noticed and had to come back and they didn’t believe me when I said they forgot it …. And she was being rude to me because she didn’t do it right ?? If she doesn’t want to work here maybe she should find a new job.

Girl on the speaker at 10am was nothing but wasting company time 5minutes waiting at the speaker no one in front of me after I said Hello they told me to pull out and refused to take my order. When I got to the window she refused to open the window. After 5 more Minutes waiting at the window watching the employee with her arms folded leaning against the counter cause I left. Doesn’t seem to manager nor the crew care about speed nor customer service worst McDonald’s experience I’ve had in over 20 years cause it was so bad I thought I was getting Pranked crew just doesn’t care
