The ice cream here is good and they have great pastries. I have been here a few times whenever I visit family in Florida. Im giving one star due to the rude customer service. After getting a scope of the cappuccino chip I was looking for my aunt who was in the aisle considering to buy the brittle pastry. While looking for her one of the girls at the counter gave me a nasty look as if I was going to walk out the store without paying. I was just looking for my aunt. Then I made eye contact with the girl who gave me that dirty look. Then, the other girl who had taken out my ice cream walked towards me saying rudely oh the register is over there. So after my aunt decided to not buy the brittle we walked to the register and paid. I just didn’t like that customer service because I always pay for what I order. To think I’m walk out without paying is an insult to me and I also felt offended because I was one of the only people of color in the store so I felt targeted. But it’s cool when I come visit Florida again I will not step foot in here. I go to many ice creams places in NYC where I’m from and I never encountered this problem. I was just looking for my aunt.

Love Superman ice cream from Kilwins. The have a ton of great flavors, but it holds a special place for me.The fudge is great, and if they are making some when you go in it smells amazing.They have a great selection of chocolates, truffles, candied apples, and other delicious treats. One of my favorite desert or sweet treat places.Saw today that they now make ice cream cakes, and they looked really good. Can't wait to try one.

I went to get a double Scoop cone of the toasted coconut and found a hair on my cone, not to mention that my cone was soggy and soft. I never felt so disgusted with a workplace in my entire life. 10 worst dollars I have ever spent. Owners do better

A little taste of "home" in our new home! We are originally from Michigan, so we were thrilled to go to Kilwins! Nothing shouts "up north" like REAL Superman ice cream (not just multicolored vanilla) and fudge slices! The chocolates look amazing as well. My Michigan family members are going to love coming here when they come down to visit!

Very nice shop and helpful staff, but their prices are very high. I expected high prices given their location, but $12 for a very average milkshake seemed unreasonable to me. Truffles were $37 a lb. Pretty expensive for what it is.
