Its been over 3 years that I am ordering food from this place to be delivered and I always eat the same with my husband and son. Each time they send less meat in their combinations. Today I ordered a fried rice with shrimp and it only brought 2 shrimp (I don't know which one was smaller). I'm very sorry but they just lost a customer of years, what a pity!
Don’t bother calling to place an order they take forever.I order fries and wings went to pick it up 30 minutes later and it wasn’t ready. I was told in a rude way I have to wait another 10 mins for the fries. I will never order from them again.
We order delivery. The best fried rice & crispy, crispy egg rolls.
Really can’t even call it Chinese food. Wonton Soup tasteless. Egg roll, cabbage wrapped in dough and fried. General TSO’s chicken with pork fried rice. Chicken had a strange taste, very little sauce. No scallions on top. The pork fried rice was the worst I’ve ever had. It tasted like it was fried in rancid old oil. Took one bite and pitched it. Should have taken it back and had the cook eat it. I will never go back there again. If you want quality take out Chinese go to First Wok in Military Crossing plaza.
Today is the first time I tried joy luck ii.I ordered bourbon chicken and a soda. It took 10 minutes for my order to be cooked. I tried it at home and it had lots of flavoring but none of the flavor that I liked. The rice had a burned oil flavor. I can't really describe the taste of the bourbon chicken but I did not like it. Only thing I liked from the restaurant was the fortune cookie and the can of soda.

Rude when you talk on the phone with them, plus a small meal is extra SMALL

My husband and I have ordered fom this place many times. The food is decent. Good wonton soup, dumplings, and wings, and the sauces are very close to what they are supposed to be. One thing that really disappointed me was everytime i asked for WHITE meat chicken, I got bottom of the barrel fatty over-breaded dark meat chicken. After ordering from here numerous times getting disappointed and even paying extra for white meat and not getting it each time... it is time to move on.
Amazing food always order from here the jumbo fried rice and egg rolls delicious and great customer service.
