POOR SERVICE. Absolutely no customer service. I came here with a friend on 06/16/22 at approximately 12:30am (it's 24hrs). There was one waitress, ok np. We ordered 2 mega monster burgers. She started making excuses that it'll take 30 mins minimum. Where in the world, does a burger patty take 30 mins? So she eventually said about 15 mins, after i told her there's no way it's 30. She walked over to the chef. He said " oh no I'll have to take out and entire pack of burgers for that, thaw it, then cook it, so no, no burgers tonight." Mind you we heard the entire convo. She then came over and said " oh no burgers tonight, its a big thing of burgers he'll have to open" like wtfff!?!?! I asked her " so if i ordered a bunch or burgers, then can i get em?" She laughed and said yes basically. They need to close down. Everytime it's horrible service here!
No turkey, no sausage? The cooks personal music was so loud it drowned out the house system. No more senior discount? Didn't realize 6.29 was for 8 oz shake that cant be consumed with paper straw provided. Had to ask for children's menu which doest come with crayon anymore.. I am very disappointed, been coming to this ihop for 30 years, this experience was so bad I felt I had to leave this review.
Would not recommend going here at night with the crew that works Sunday nights. Half of them hang out in the parking lot smoking most of the time. It took 15 minutes for us to get drinks let alone order food. Alcoholic Mix drinks were also being made in plain site as we were the only table occupied. The crew also blares music like it’s a club in the kitchen with a loud bass speaker. One waitress insisted on the cook to wash his hands before he cooks her food. Meanwhile this is right after the food we ordered came to the table. Pancakes came out and tasted undercooked along with a weird flavor. Ordered the double chocolate chip. Not sure what was in the batter but it did not taste right at all. Very unethical work manner.
It needs improvement in staffing and customer service friendly humble waitresses and waiters.. there ok, need that spunk the guest want and crave from restaurants. With economy being in decent we need better service than normal. Pay them better and receive better service wich brings in return yearly revenue that's satisfactory.. happy employees provide great quality customer service. I'm a manager at the Ritz Carlton resort and I know what I'm saying. Great restaurant and staff, just need that spunk.. good luckLess salt on foods other than that awesome food. ⭐⭐ ⭐⭐⭐ Potential
I went and had an early breakfast at 4 o’clock in the morning I felt like waffles and chicken It was fresh tasted well I think the cooks name was Kevin a young guy who knows how to put an early meal together
Went here to eat with my buddy Luis, the staff horribleThe cook omg terrible.His food was perfectMine omg horrible.By the end I didn't eat and refused to pay for the food.im not the type to say such things but I'm not Latin so my food sucked. Bad experience here.
All I order was pancakes. IHOP is not what it used to be. I will never ever again give this restaurant my money!!!! really garbage. How are you still in business. Really. I’m so in shocked!!!! And they threw a chocolate chip pancake the pancakes are burned!!! I can’t even get a refund. Trash cost me 8.59!!! I feel like going on strike to close this place down because of the lack of quality you give to consumers!!! Im going to file a complaint with FLORIDA FOOD AND SAFETY. Because if the pancakes are this horrible I can just imagine how the food taste!!! Pitiful!!!
Stopped in this morning for a breakfast meeting & had a great experience. We were greeted almost immediately by Max and then by Angela who flashed us a great smile. Despite a bustling breakfast crowd, Max had our food and drink order as soon as he seated us. The store was clean and the staff seemed to work well together turning tables. I had the Split Decision Breakfast & when it came out it was hot & visually appealing. It was just as tasty as it was good looking! Max was very attentive & checked back more than twice to make sure all of our needs were met. Great experience will definitely be back to this store.
The food is always perfect, for any time of the day or night, & well prepared. The staff has usually been very warm & friendly, recognizing repeat customers, but notsomuch lately, and the need to wipe off the seats as well as the tables should be considered. We miss the regular staff.....
I used to work here, I came in tonight to get a milkshake and the waitress said they didn’t have any. To which I then saw they did have ice cream and when my boyfriend said something to the waitress she still lied and said they didn’t have any. So we left. She was very rude about it and lied to our faces.
