I had to share what a delightful experience I had from the minute I walked through the door! A very welcoming greeting made me feel like I made the right choice with all the options out there for subs (I call them hoagies) the three women that were working were so pleasant. The subs were DELICIOUS and perfectly made! I wish I got their names to give them full credit. I highly recommend checking this place out!
Have raised their prices two different times in the last six months, and not by a small amount either. Like two full dollars each time. And now it's an unbelievable $12.77 for a regular size turkey sub BY ITSELF. If you want the combo that's going to now cost you $16.89 lol. That is not a typo. $16.89 for a fast food sub, chips, and drink. Even with inflation that is absurd. Just shameful.And it's not like the people working there are nice either. They are always grumpy. After three years of coming here semi-regularly, I'm sad to say I'll not be coming back, and will be sharing this new price hike with everybody that I know who thought their prices were already overpriced for what you get in return.
Foods great, however, the young lady at the cashier was very rude. Doesn’t even smile or welcome you in, stares you down with an attitude and ignores any questions asked. Had her AirPods on the whole time. Other lady with beautiful makeup was very kind to her customers.
I often heard a lot about them I honestly experienced the Subs should have been hot,it wasn't VERY DISTURBING
Ahhh!!! Just like when I first tried them!!! Not sure if every store is different, because I've been having some ick subs with Firehouse, but my sub was deeeeelish here!!!
I ordered over the app, once I got to the store my order wasn't ready and I sat down and waited. I could hear the girls in the back clearing their throats and their noses every second. I was completely turned off and at that point didn't even want the sub. I called firehouse and they said that the store themselves receive payment and they are the ones to refund me. I called the store and let them know the girl that answered said she couldn't do anything because she wasn't the manger. So I called the next day, and that girl who said was one of the managers said she needed to talk to the owner. Its really simple, during covid companies should be extra careful to NOT have sick employees handling food and even worse the ones handling the food, spreading their germs all over the place didn't have a face mask. I personally won't be coming back.
went in today and all three girls behind the counter had the nastiest attitude. Especially the woman with the black slicked back bun, very rude and kept give me dirty looks from the second I walked in. I was with a couple friends and they were very annoyed to serve us. I was so disgusted with the lady making the sandwiches attitude that I asked for a refund. Will NEVER come back here again.
these were the best tasting sandwiches from firehouse yet. Made our sandwiches perfectly the way we wanted them made.
