Bad service!!!! I call for a order for pollo frito and tajadas they tell me is going to be ready in 30 minutes, when I get the lady who is so unfriendly the cashier tell me the order is Not Ready you have to wait 10 more minutes, I said ok, 30 minutes past and I ask her I been waiting for 30Minutes here and my order is not Ready yet , and then she tell me we are very bussy she don’t even say I’m sorry nothing, then I keep waiting 15 more minutes past and I was ready to tell them to refund my money I have to go, and this young guy who is the one who clean table’s there come to me and ask me who is helping me with my order, he when to the kitchen and come back and he let me know is almost ready!!’ Well I waited another 10 minutes and this lady comes with my order her name is sabrina and she was so unhappy cuz when I said oh finally my order then she said look lady we bussy. I said I understand that but I call 30 ahead for my order and not only that I been waiting here for more then 30Minutes, and I said this is my first time ordering here and my last, she said oh good we don’t need ur money we have thousands of people and she screaming at me like crazy!!!! That was my experience today at Rinconcito Hondureño. I wish the owner can read my message and pay more attention.
