I went into Dunkin durning the rush they forgot my donut which things happen spoke to the Manager Eddie explained what happen and he was so nice n polite with a big smile and he immediately apologized and gave me my donut n an extra one for the inconvenience which I though that was thoughtful.
Worst Dunkin’ in the area, always out of something, selling expire bottle drinks and god knows what else behind the counter, always closing all machines earlier. Most of the times doors are locked have to wait thru drive thru to pick up a order. Always new staff so everything comes out different every time. Go to another location save your self the headache
I placed a mobile order which included a glazed stick, French cruller and a coffee cake in my order. Got home and they were not in bag. Called the store and they said they do not have French Crullers at that store. I explained that I was charged for it. The manager again responded they do not have French Crullers and again I read my receipt. So I paid an extra $4.47 for donuts I did not receive only to deal with a manager who concluded the call by asking me to fill out the DD survey. In past visits I have gotten cream in my black coffee etc. I asked if it was a new owner and was told no. : (
First time going here and horrible service, I asked for a vanilla Chai, now my fault for not saying hot. The guy gave me a cold one. I apologize and stated oh I. Sorry I wanted a hot Chai, the first guy looked confused and just stared at me, after a few seconds he called over another guy who was taking orders for drive through and told him I wanted a hot Chai not cold, the 2nd guy looks at me confused and then rudely Said you never said hot, and I told him I never said cold either. And you never asked me hot or cold, he then gives me a dirty look and snaps on. The first guy and tells him to remake it.. what type of service is this, worst location
Horrible customer service. The guy with the broken arm always has an attitude as if he didn’t do his morning drug before he came to work. He had the worst attitude because i asked him if he can add whip cream to my drink.
Don’t go to the Dunkin’ Donuts on Hypoluxo military Trail the employees there have attitudes I was not happy with the Pink coconut refresher that they served was way too sweet! I’ve been going to the Dunkin’ Donuts on military and Lantana Road much better friendlier service and their drinks are awesome! ?
This is my go to Dunkin. The drive thru service is always quick even when there is a line. The staff is always friendly and professional. If your in the area stop by for Dunkin coffee and donuts or sandwiches. Who needs Starbucks Yikes!!!
Unfortunately I have been going to this location for 8+ years never one compliant. However in the past few months things have gone from bad to worse. Order is almost never correct always my fault (order for work has not changed in 8 years); the workers are very rude and disrespectful towards customers I have tried to wait out but will have to go to another location now I was trying to give benefit of the doubt
Literally the worst Dunkin’. I’ve come here three times now my coffee always tastes terrible and my food is either burnt or still frozen. Wasted money, thanks.
I told them no sprinkles three times and they still gave me all sprinkles.Please learn to take orders and listen to the customers carefully.
