I have pictures and the receipt my daughter food had pieces of metal in it when reported to the store Maher Shawn I was told to be more carefully eating !!! Nothing was resolved and The employees kept giving me fake names as when I asked agian for names they were different. My daughter had the piece stick on her gums to where my mother an Rn nurse had to help me remove it. I would appreciate someone calling me this is unacceptable and very dangerous
This location closes at 10pm. My family ebtered at 730pm to buy some donuts. They only had donut holes on the display and i asked the teenagers behind the counter if there were any more donuts. They said, "No. This is all we have." As we were leaving my 6 year old was upset, crossed his arms, and said "Why are we leaving daddy." And the teenagers in the back started laughing. I heard one of them say, "I'm not making any more." 2.5 hours before closing this dunkin donuts didnt have any product and staff were childish. Go to another dunkin donuts.
Every single time I go here. They refuse to take my order. And say that their register is down. Why are you open 24 hours if your register is always down. The little child you have working there overnight has horrible customer service as well. Please get this location together

Come here all the time, for the most part they are always on point. Sometimes they don't toast the bread like they should on the Avocado toast or they over cook/burn the hashbrowns..but other than that they are a go to for quick morning runs
I wouldn't take my dog there to eat no customer service wait at the desk no one show up in the corner of the drive through having conversations no acknowledge at all they all should be fired I will take my business some where else no customer service at all.
Been coming here for years never an issue and the staff is very nice. Iced cappuccino is always perfect
This place is absolutely DISGUSTING!! They got my order wrong and it was mold in my drink. Don’t even waste your time … go to the dunkin on Hypoluxo their amazing and they don’t charge for whipped cream or Carmel drizzle or the cinnamon sprinkle dust! Their service is literally disgusting. I’m pregnant and could have gotten my baby and I completely sick.
This location is starting to act like McDonalds. This is the 3rd time this week they forgot part of my order because they’re in such a rush to get people out. Such a disappointment because I love dunkin but I will no longer be going to this location
Ordered my usual this morning, a Matcha Iced latte with (ALMOND) milk. Which is the ONLY way I ever order it, just to be disrespected by Shanja or Shaila?? I’m not sure her exact name, but she wasn’t even the person at the window helping me. I noticed my drink without a sticker so I asked Raj (the guy in the window) if they had made it correct & when he said they did not, he informed me that I was not charged correctly.. That’s when I handed him the drink & my card so that it can be fixed, and that’s when Shanya/Shanja/Shaila approached the window to ARGUE back that I had not ordered it that way.. and so we went back & forth before I made it clear that before our encounter I believed it was a honest mistake on her part, but that DID NOT give her any right to begin disrespecting me. Who yells at other people over their drink order? As sometime who has worked in the fast food/service industry, I CANNOT understand why she would address me, let alone YELL at me thru the window over a drink order that I am 100% sure I made. Awful service today.. I try to come here since I am a local so when the rest of the staff seemed understanding & gave me the name of the manager (Tonio) I figured I’d make this known. Unprofessional behavior from the female employee.
