I ordered an iced coffee on the app with regular cream and 2” pumps of butter pecan swirl. The coffee was extremely sweet and I asked for it to be re made the girl that made it even admitted to adding more than what I asked. I asked for a sandwich which she threw at the counter while I was standing in front of her. If I’m paying for my stuff I want it to be made how I ordered it and if you don’t want to be making the coffee twice than make it right the first time.
They have no change back if your paying with cash so they keep the change for them, that's a steal, thinking how many ppl they stole money by saying the same and if people have no card , shame of how companies get rich easy stealing.No stars, the personal working there no manners, no education, just negativity vibes.God blessed everyone.
The most pathetic breakfast sandwich I've ever had. A third of a piece of bacon, way overcooked egg and squashed soggy croissant. This location is bad.
I come to this place on 04/01/22 one of the employees was rude she was Hispanic I don’t know her name but she shouldn’t be doing customer service job and the food that I buy was disgusting it’s cold never again
Convenient to have ice cream but I understand now why a lot of locations opt out to have both.
This dunkin there’s always something wrong with their system around 10pm. I know there is nothing wrong with their system because I work at dunkin. They don’t want to take no ones order. Ima leave bad reviews everyday until they start serving. What’s wrong with this store it’s annoying.
Horrible place, bad employee training. Got my order wrong and would not correct it. Told me to get back on the drive thru line for a second time to correct their error. Was told it didn’t matter and there was a timer. I will not go back and would advise anyone to not go there.
Very bad store. They had me wait outside for 20 minutes after telling me if I would be nice and wait for 10 minutes. I said fine but after 20 minutes with no service I had to go. They need better service at night.
IDk how they are open, i got a slammed together breeakfast sandwhich at 730 am.... it wasnt even busy. what kinda coffee shop isnt busy at 7:30 am. a bad one... youve let me down DD youve let me down
