It used to be certain dunkin' donuts you knew were not good to go to. NOW They Are all the same. THIS ONE IS HORRIBLE EVERY TIME!. All donuts are old and dried up! Which again I have found in different stores for years now. For the prices that we are paying this is absolutely ridiculous! I will now go to supermarkets to buy my donuts at least they are fresh and soft! Not old crusty and dried up! And prices are reasonable! Also I've always had a problem with the coffee never being what you ask for and never has any flavor your requesting, you're just still getting black coffee! Even when asking for extra sugar and extra milk they throw you a couple little tiny milks and sugars in your bag instead of adding it to coffee! Which aren't even an amount that would make a difference in your coffeeAbsolutely horrible service horrible coffee horrible donuts don't waste your money!
If I could give no starts I would .WORST DUNKIN EVER DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!!!! every one has a attitude the minute you walk in you feel unwelcome from the manager, while I was talking the cashier lady just walks away as I am ordering.on top of that she rudely throws our food on the counter so we left with out anything and went to the Dunkin’ on forest hill and Florida mango .
I expected more from dunkin' , the customer service did not meet my expectations. Usually they are better than that. I feel like they are just trying to execute orders as fast as possible with little to no regard for accuracy. It was more than $10.00 and we only got 2 coffee. I don't mind paying a little extra , but it upsets me when I pay $5 for a coffee and it's not how I want it. Honestly I'd much rather go to a little mom and pop Cuban café. These corporations are getting greedy and there is little to no concern for the customer service. It's blanton that they don't care about anything but profit.
Donuts taste weird. They were over priced compared to Miami's pricing. The man working there didn't have patience. He was slightly rude.
Went here all 9 mornings that I was on vacation and it was very consistent which is pretty rare for Dunkin!

I love dunkin I go all the time I pass by this one q couple times and have visited multiple times when I visit my friend. EVERY time theirs an issue, they don't have anything... for my croissant this time they had no cheese and offered me egg and bacon I paid for extra bacon and got 2 small strips on each sandwich... this dunkin is a joke thats ran by women.
I really believe the employees should change the oven liners more, because this food is tasting like straight up butane. Drinks are good though.
I had to go to 2 dunkin ? to get service. The one here had good service but the ? were not fresh at all.
No cheese on both my bacon egg and cheese sandwiches. Iced coffee was clearly hot coffee which they just poured over ice.
