Im not sure why a business that serves breakfast sandwiches would consistently shut down their oven “for cleaning” early afternoon… actually cleaning, or just lazy employees? Usually you clean the oven when the store is closed.
I feel bad for people who really hate their lives and their job. I hope the window girl who gave me my food sees this and gets the confidence to apply somewhere else. You know….you aren’t stuck there.
Worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. I asked for sweet tea this looks like beer and taste like rotten apple juice.I ordered a sausage egg and cheese muffin I got a bacon croissant.
Worst dunkin Donut ever! Seriously super rude and worst workers! I literally had to send my drink back three times! I asked for lemon after the first drink and with less ice and gave me back the same drink. I also order hash browns that i sent back because of how burnt they were. I said thank you to the worker at the second window and gave me a stank face. Like seriously if you don’t want to work in a customer service position then don’t apply
This is the absolute order dunkin I have ever used. I use mobile order for walking in and everyday they don't have it ready or there is some type of issue. They need help here
Such polite staff and the items are always fresh! Also to mention the quick service either dine in, to go or drive through. My #1 stop every morning ?
Delicious food the best coffee clean restaurant and the staff there are semi-respectful but I still love that Dunkin' donuts I go in every morning for the same thing 7 days a week I have no refrigerator so
My family loves dunkin and we go whenever we get together but this location was a bit of a let down. The service was fast so that's always a plus but their menu should be tweaked to adequately represent what they do have on hand. We asked for a oreo hot chocolate and signature drink with caramel and was told they didn't have either. This is fine but to manage expectations it should be shown that way on the menu.
So ridiculous!! This location has to be the worst in town!! Always being rude..one of the boys is on his phone while working and attending, Yawning loudly while speaking to customers, also they take so long in taking and giving orders. I really hate to write bad reviews but this is enough. I know this location is partly new but it’s insane!
1. Call out order numbers instead of yelling out a rough description of the drink. 2. If you haven’t even started the order, it should not show up as ready on your screen 3. If you set down orders on the counter face the numbers out so people can see them.You’re welcome.
