This is the WORST Dunkin Donuts ever. Do not waste your time and money here. I was there today around 4:30 p.m. and ordered 2 hot coffees and donut, the coffees were literally just a little bit of warm not hot. I believe the girl at the window did it on purpose probably put more milk or even some ice in it. Why I believe this because I was waiting in drive through for minutes since no one said anything, at least an hello or welcome to DD etc. and no other cars in the drive through, I moved down to the window and tried to give my order, but this young girl opened the window with a very bad attitude against me and seemed didn't want to take my order. I know all Dunkin Donuts have some issues with their services, but this one is the WORST one I have ever experienced.
I don't think you guys understand yes it might be 2 cars in the drive thru but do understand those two cars could've order 5 chicken bacon croissants and 2 sausage egg and cheese croissants with no egg and a stuffed chicken bacon and 3 drinks
This little Dunkin is a delight. The ladies have super coffee skills & they are a diversion from the 441 traffic.
Don’t waste your time at this one. The manager is so rude and talks back to customers. They blame the poor service on the pandemic but we have lived closed to this one for the last four years and they have always sucked. Give your hard earned money to a place who deserves it.
Ordered a grilled cheese sandwich milk donut muffin. Got milk muffin donut but not the sandwich. When i complained and wanted a refund they said i didnt order or pay for it but couldnt supply a receipt for my credit card payment. When I got home it showed on my credit card that I paid for the sandwich. I contacted dunkin corporate but got a run a run around. They stole my money and beware of the dunkin store in lake worth fl. I am contacting my cc about the theft.
This used to be the spot to stop at before going to work. The service went down hill. Orders were wrong every time, forgetting bacon or cheese on a sandwich. The door was always locked for inside pick up and the drive through line was around the building that never moved. This defeated the whole purpose of on line ordering. We have since stopped going to this DD.
Went through the drive-thru staff always friendly and I got what I ordered some delicious coffee and a double espresso
This location is the ABSOLUTE WORST! After months of not going to due to their horrendous service & order screw-ups, my husband says "wanna try the Dunkin' pancakes? I reluctantly agreed, I should've known better...he asked for 3 pancake orders. It's supposed to have 6 mini pancakes...1 order had 3, the 2nd had 4 and the 3rd one was the only that came with 6 - done with this location.
I don't like giving bad reviews, so I'll just say to management, pls train staff to be cognizant of food prep. Had my first takeout coffee since the shutdown of 2020 here! My latte was a decent cup of brew, the plain donut soft and yummy. Awesome! Hence the 2 stars. Sadly I will not eat the chicken/bacon crossaint sandwich I ordered. I'm not a typical blogger and I don't like giving bad reviews, so I'll just say to management, pls train staff to be cognizant of food prep.
It was quick easy and I had a big order. Thema helped us and she was great
