Kelly on the phone was excellent! It was our first time so we were nervous.We ordered a steak and cheese sub as well as a pizza, half cheese and half margerita. First let me say that the steak and cheese was better than I could have imagined. My husband raved about how good the pizza was but I was full from the delicious sub.Bravo to you guys at Downtown Pizza.Thank you Kelly for your outstanding customer service!Oh we can’t leave out the delivery person. He was very pleasant as well.

Only the second time I've ordered from them a friend of mine turned me onto this place when I was downtown we went and got a slice the pizza is perfect the wings are perfect consistency I will be trying the hot subs in the future but pizza and wings are definitely on point I'd recommend this to anyone in lake worth looking for a consistent pie in the area
Tried 3 or 4 local pizza shops in past year but nothing has come close to the pizza here.Thin crust, sauce is delicious and just the right amount of cheese.They have a big variety of toppings.prices are alot lower than I had expected for the service & great flavor.Our server Jessica was quick, pleasant & always available.Will definitely be back.
First time here, will not be my last. Saturday evening, and our party of four sat inside. Our server Jessica was a Rock Star, running around and taking care of us, and who knows how many other tables. She was helpful and attentive to us the whole time. We had the 18" Special Pizza and it was very good. No complaints. Will be back again. Very busy place on a Saturday. Looked to do a great take out business as well.See you next time.
Went here last night with a friend. Placed and order to go and waited outside for 15 minutes as asked. When the time was up the order still was not ready. Ok, cool I understand. Waited outside for another 15 minutes. Order was still not ready. Come on it was a slice of cheese pizza, a pepperoni roll, and mozzarella sticks. This time I wait inside, standing in front. Another 10 minutes pass and a guy nonchalantly places the food on the counter. Without so much as an apology, not eye contact says, "Here"Last time I am ever going back here. And I even tipped $10 on a $30 bill. All paid upfront when I placed my order. So I tipped for poor treatment... Yeah, no thanks.
I just can’t believe that me and some friends went to try and order pizza and sit outside to eat it and the server tells us to leave !!!! YES SHE SAID YOU NEED TO LEAVE BECAUSE WE WERE NOT GIVING HER A GRATUITY THE WORDS THAT CAME OUT OF HER MOUTH!!!!! I’m ashamed and baffled because I always eat here and the service is always wonderful so I don’t know why this woman would think that’s okay , when we told her we are frequent customers she said that is more of a reason for us to leave !!! I just don’t feel like I can give my money to a business that has servers like that !!! It’s a-shame because there food is really good and we love this place ! I don’t say this but what a bi***
I did not appreciate person hanging up on me saying that my credit card was working we ordered all the time you never have an issue and all sudden we have an issue and some guy just hung up on us was very uncalled for.never go call from you again lost a customer. We just ordered Chinese food that came out the same price in my card work what I don't get is that that was terrible phone service it could have been patient I can understand you guys being busy but you could have been patient and wait and make sure you guys put the right numbers in no all sudden you want to hang up and think you were playing games I would love to speak to the manager about this even though I will never call you guys ever again I enjoyed your pizza last time now I guess I'm going to find a new pizza place. Great place for pizza we went fishing on the lake worth pier and became a little dehydrated and hungry. We noticed a pizza ? sold by the slice. We found easy street parking and ordered some draft beer very good. We decided to order large pizza for the three of us and a slice for the finicky person who wanted a white pizza. There were on there were on the table garlic powder , red cold peeper. Parmigiana cheese and one other spice. We had a large pizza half mushroom andlf pepperoni. It was sensational. I needed a handicapped spot as I am wheelchair bound. No problem said the beautiful waitressI would highly recommend this place for pizza lovers and other Italian food while we didn’t order any as the large pizza was too large for the three of us. But the aroma of our neighbors food made promise’s to return for dinner
