Tried to call in an order and they don't even take calls in the store. They get outsourced to a foreign customer call center that places the orders. Every other pizza place takes calls in store. Took 5 min to make a simple order over the phone.The food is usually decent but I dislike their approach on customer ordering.
Great it's the only pizza place open until 12am! And order was ready when I arrived thank you!
Worse Upper Management in a business I have ever seen. While I was in the restaraunt, I heard the General Manager by the name of Hershey downtalking and cursing out employees, obvious defimation of character. While standing there I also witnesed him intentionally elbowing people in the chest pretending its an accident. If Corporate dominos does not step in and do something about this Hershey GM at the greenacres FL Dominos on lake worth rd and jog rd, then I will take appropriate actions to make sure Dominos gets all kinds of extra attention that they do not want. On top of that, he argued the toppings on my pizza with an employee who was correct,and made the employee pull off all the toppings that were supposed to be on the pizza, and replaced it with something Im allergic to and asked not to be on the pizza. I threw away my pizza after getting it, and will never order dominos ever again. I will however check back if that same GM is there later and if so I will call department of labor, department of health, lawyers, corporate office, and everyone else they do not want to see or hear from.
I like this store and I buy pizza regularly. Always satisfied.
We ordered 5 pizzas 1 cheesy bread and the guy shows up with 1 pizza and 1cheesy bread and says i didnt have enough room for the rest and leaves and weve been on hold forever trying to get this fixed they finally answer and we say we have a problem and they put on hold again ...what is going on with these chains lately i will never order from that place again if i were u i would just eat pizza from somewhere else they obviously dont need to make money
Update: December/16This time they were on time and hot... but pizzas didn't look nor tasted like made at Domino's... What's going on here???November:It took more than 45 min, so pizza was totally cold... the worst: it didn't look like a handmade pizza from Domino's.
Pizza is very good but the last 2 times we tried to order we were on hold a long time & rudely told to wait. We had to order somewhere else. So.....
This time I actually didn't have a problem ordering online I just wish what I did place the order online that the app would have suggested certain coupons based on what I was ordering. Otherwise great experience food was on time so good
Ordered a veggie pizza but got some other meat pizza. Called the store and the guy who picked up acted like he is not aware that they messed up my order. All he cared was to refund my money and hung up the call. He did not even cared to listen the reason why I ordered. My kids wanted to eat the pizza so thought of trying Domino's but relealized I did a big mistake. Never ever I am going to order from any dominos again. And the person who picked up the call, returning the money back to customers is not enough mister, learn how to deliver the food which was promised at time, people expect the food which they ordered, not the refund which you were offering. Please order from this store if you want to waste your time and spoil your wonderful evening.
