The ice cream is good, but the service is slow. They also did not have carrier trays for my shakes.
We went to the Lake Worth location this past weekend. It's pretty easy to find but the plaza parking lot was jammed. The store was very clean, as was the restroom. The service was polite and professional.The ice cream is always delicious. We highly recommend this location!
Took my husband last night after dinner as a surprise. It was crowded no one had gloves on or a hair net & one guy was messing with his hair while working. ?
Beware of ordering for delivery....I ordered the GOTTA HAVE IT size (shown on the right - my husbands order that he got from another Coldstone in-store the night before) and I got whats on the left! Such a shame. I love Coldstone but I had to get in my car and drive to the store (voiding the delivery request to begin with) and they had to make more ice cream to fill the proper size that was ordered. They corrected their mistake without delay but its a shame really. I expect what I pay money for.
Great spot to get great ice cream. Been here several times with the family and am always satisfied. They have indoor and outdoor seating along the mall strip.

I had to change my review. I love cold stone. Their ice cream is delicious but at this particular location they sometimes serve you melted ice cream. Just like the review below mine stated. Its gross and makes me livid. How can they think that this is acceptable?!? Do not sell melted ice cream. How do you take pride in serving someone ice cream soup ?.

RYAN IS AMAZING! He answerd all my questions and helped me through an incident with postmates confusion. Not once did he get an attitude, he was so polite and sweet! I will continue to go to this location because of him!
