Server is very accommodating & warm!
Came with a party and when additional people showed up manager Christie came to my family and told us we had to get up and right although we were seated and food ordered. This is after already addressing the rude server. When I complained again she brushed me off and the hostess laughed as to let me know they did not care. Horrible management and crew
Ok folks.. Chili's has been going down hill and this will be the last time I go. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our waiter was attentive and nice. The food was pathetic. The frozen food I make at home is better. I have alway liked this place but they have worn me out on thier quality. Good Buy.
First time eating at this location and our server Anthony was great. He was friendly and personable. Even when the baby spilt a drink everywhere he stayed calm and helped clean it up. There was another gentleman who was helping him who made good conversation and was ever so polite when he came by our table. ( we did not get his name but he had hand tattoos) All in all service was great and beyond expectation. The food we would rate four stars. The cheese fries where over cooked giving them cheese a burnt taste. The ribs did not have a lot of bbq sauce on them. The corn on the cob was delicious and the fire were hot and fresh.
Totally aggravated with the customer service this location offers. I ordered online from its just wings @9:59pm the pickup time giving was for 10:30pm. I arrived @1025pm followed checked in instructions. 10:35pm no order came out waited to 10:45pm no order checked in again 11:00pm. I decided to go inside after no order came out get inside waited a few mins for someone to even come to provide service. I see my order sitting on a shelf I thought to just grab it and go finally workers shows up I said hey I been sitting 30mins waiting he's says no one's comes out after 11 so food absolutely cold by the time we got back to the house.Good thing we have an air fryer but we should not have had to use it.simple
GoodThe robot host is weird and takes longer than an actual human to greet you and seat you.
Not really good like it used to be they need to be more critical on how the food is prepared the cleanliness and how it is presented and the quantity

Great sirloin steak, cooked perfect everytime!
MAGGIE was an absolutely amazing server!! I felt like I was dining at a 5 star restaurant because of her impeccable service. I had the most delicious sirloin steak which tasted more like a filet mignon. Thank you again Maggie.
