1 star just to leave a review.Order and paid online. 530 pick up. I arrived on time, sat at speaker box for 5 minutes with noone ahead of me. Gave up and drove to the window and surprised the staff who was doing nothing. Told them I was there to pick up an order, I was told I was in the wrong lane, I needed to drive around the building and get in the correct lane which put their window on me passenger side.The young lady smirked when she greated me as though she had never seen me before and that is when they started making the food. When passing the drinks to me she would go no further than the side of my truck forcing me to remove my seat belt and climb over to get it.Didn't drink the soda, it has a funny taste(wonder what that could have been).I am an elderly female (grandmother of 12) and am wondering if this treatment is because of my age or is it possible this is what America has turned into?I will go across the street to McDonald's for future burger cravings.
I stopped by and just ordered 2 sandwich off the 2 for $4 menu.. There was a young man being trained by the manager, just gave me my total and the manager whispered something “ I said excuse me did you say something” she turned around and he said no. I got home and the spicy chicken sandwich was hard as a rock and it looked like it had been fried multi time, the checker burger was so cold. I went back to the location and gave the food back. The manager started to make excuses and stated it was because of how they have to cook the sandwiches now.. I told her it was unacceptable and I don’t believe that since I’ve been going to that Checkers for over 8 years! Then, she proceeded to say there was nothing wrong with the checker burger even though it was cold! They need to get checked out by the state.. Hot food needs to be kept at the right temp people will get sick!!! She offered to replace the meals and I said NO THANK YOU and drove off without a refund . It had nothing to do with the money it was only $4 it’s the principle that people trust these establishments and they’re getting unacceptable foods
What I do not understand is why the rewards loyalty app stickers say “ lowest menu prices”? The fish sandwich that I order at the restaurant are two for $4. Add $2 and the include small fry and drink How can I get this deal when I order on-line?
I'd give ZERO if I could... Waited in line almost 20 minutes for a milkshake... got to the window and waiting another 10 minutes... The employee was filling the ice bin, getting fries, and other drinks together... The whole time while my shake was sitting right there by the window... Manager needs to SHAKE things up there... I'll NEVER go back... Mc Donald's here I come!!!!
Service was bad. One employee continously worked at a slow pace knowing that there were many customers waiting to order both in their drive through and walk up window. She was not considerate and continued to take her time after constantly checking over at the customers at the walk up window.
Always taste nasty. Takes forever. Sold me cold hard food more than once. Sometimes wait 20 mins+ in drive through. Been living next to this spot since 2008. Never has gotten better. Please shut down this location and open another franchise from a different company.
worst experience ever!!! the manager at this location giving a hard time . i was trying to explain about the app offer and that me and my boyfriend had place the order on the app . how are you the manager but dont know whats going on with the app or the menu . telling me something totally different then what i was saying . and after going back and fourth the other employee had brought our food out that i had order online . she walked away knowing she was wrong

Have not had a burger at Checkers in a very very long time.After customizing my Big BufordI was happily surprised!Fries were good too.
Slow service. Waited almost a half hour in drive in $22 for two meals, my order was butchered (I asked for a burger to be plain with no cheese and yet I still got cheese on my burger) When I asked for some ranch I was told it be 72¢..Car ahead of us only had ice cream and a burger but that also seemed to be a difficult order to complete.Won't be going back for a very very long time.
