Tonight, this Bk had the worst service, no one was taking orders and we waited in line for 15+ minutes until we could pull up to the window to order up there instead.In the process of taking our order we mentioned one thing and they responded with the total immediately after but i still had other things to add and again she stated the total after everything i added, until i was done with my order.She even rolled her eyes and mouthed something under her breath!!This is unprofessional and unreasonable to do this since she had me and every other customer in line(8+cars) waiting outside and once we pulled up it took five minutes for her to come to the window with her headphones in her hand and she tossed them on the desk, ignoring everyone in the drive thru.Yes,she probably wasn't in the mood but still she has the responsibility to accommodate and communicate with people in the drive thru or have someone else taking orders if she needs a minute to herself but she should not be rolling eyes and giving attitude when I was nice to her and even saying "please" and 'thank you."I've had good experiences here in the passed but tonight really disappointed my view of Burger King because of it's customer service along with it being short staffed and it being disorganized.

Great experience.. enjoying a breakfast, lunch, or dinner time with family. Whopper was delicious and well wrapped. Hot and fresh !! They got the ?????? Great people !

This particular location should be proudly held up as a shining example of how NOT to run a Burger King. Consistently gets even the simplest of orders incorrect. Your typical white trash and ghetto employees will openly mutter comments about you under their breath but clearly within earshot. But wait, that's not all: to make your magical culinary experience unforgettable, the employees here also will argue with YOU, the paying customer, right to YOUR face! Astonishingly enough the manager replies that she has no control over what her employees say, comparable to having no control over what customers have to say. Really? If you simply have no control over your employees then the only thing you should be managing to do is leave through the doors. I hear Amazon is hiring. They clearly need to mandate a more thorough drug testing policy for their employees here: they are clearly all high.

This is the worst Berger King I have ever been to!Unless I get a call saying the manager is fired along with the current crew, I would never go back there again.No respect for your time or money. They’re rude, full of nasty attitude!

Most miserable drivethru experience at about 6:00pm today. Spanish woman wouldnt even take order and with an attitude saying she is sick. Waited more than 20 minutes for such a nasty customer service and no food at all. Would rate it zero stars if i could.

Wow. Didn’t realize there could be such poor service anywhere. Completely unorganized staff (order taking, take-out order delivery). I left the drive-thru line as it was around the block and not moving. Went in to order take-out. I Waited a few minutes for order to be taken (I was next in-line)… that was ok. Took forever to get my food. I saw it bagged and it literally sat there 10 minutes while one staff member looked at it multiple times. Finally, another staff member saw it and was able to hand it to me. Meanwhile, a line had formed out the door with customers that was not moving at all with orders not being taken. Many of those customers finally left/walked away. Hard to really capture how dysfunctional the staff were. I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but they need to put some process and training in place for the staff.

Customer service sucks! The drive-through service needs training on how to approach customers how to give her opening greeting statements. And how to respectfully listen to the customer. Customer service 101 needed

This location says it was updated by the business two weeks ago, however, this is the 4th time I've came between 1030pm and 1145pm and the people inside said they're closed. Please update your hours asap.

THE MANAGER THAT'S ON DUTY SHE TOUCHING HER HAIR WHILE DEALING WITH CUSTOMERS FOODSHE DIDNT WASH HER HANDSIM HAPPY SHE DIDNT TOUCH MY FOODALSO I see this tall young man look high on weed barely can open his eyes on the job site no body following burger King dress code policy ...Y'all need to do better and follow the policy the only reason come to this burger King because I get fresh ? but work ethic is horribleIf you know better do better
