Wow 5 dollar Whopper Jr is a big deal. The girl who took order could care less. Also nothing I asked for . Cheese and , onion rings . How do get that wrong. BK . U know this store needs help why wait so long for partial of what u ask for.
This particular location should be proudly held up as a shining example of how NOT to run a Burger King. Consistently gets even the simplest of orders incorrect. Your typical white trash and ghetto employees will openly mutter comments about you under their breath but clearly within earshot. But wait, that's not all: to make your magical culinary experience unforgettable, the employees here also will argue with YOU, the paying customer, right to YOUR face! Astonishingly enough the manager replies that she has no control over what her employees say, comparable to having no control over what customers have to say. Really? If you simply have no control over your employees then the only thing you should be managing to do is leave through the doors. I hear Amazon is hiring. They clearly need to mandate a more thorough drug testing policy for their employees here: they are clearly all high.

This place is unreliable. We waited over 10 minutes in the drive thru and still didn't get to order. The dining room doors are locked and there's a line of cars wrapped around the building. We can't sit and wait for them to get their act together.I know there's a labor shortage, but, at the same time Chick fil A has employees and offers great customer service. Burger King pales in comparison. If they don't fix their issues soon they'll be a memory in a nostalgia book.
Food was fine little disgusting that I managed to watch the manager use the same milkshake machine without cleaning it for a period of time I sat and watched while 5 people in a matter of 45 minutes got there milkshakes and manager never cleaned the mixer. That is dairy and leaving it exposed without cleaning is extremely bad hygiene practice.
Ordered two whoppers with ghost pepper nugs they said they were out so they gave me a regular it’s 69° in Florida and I swear those nugs were 40° cold If you’re not here during the lunch rush touch your fries touch your nugs is my best advice specially if you’re getting food late don’t drive too far Wendy’s would never

This used to be my favorite local Burger King. But as of the last few months it had gone spiraling down hill quickly. I’m not sure if it’s because of labor shortages or what, but several times I’ve gone to there to eat and the dining room has been closed, and cars for the drive through have wrapped around the entire building because of it. On the off chance I did stay and wait it out, I’ve asked for specialty items, new meals offered lately, to which I was told they had never heard of, even though they had been on the menu for a few weeks at that point, and in fact I had ordered and got just the week before. The quality has suffered greatly recently also. It’s such a shame. This truly was a restaurant that I had only had great experiences with just a year ago.
The hamburger was colded, hard, and dried out it tasted like it had been sitting there all day i could not eat it.
