If you look at my reviews, I’m pretty fair. But as a half-Iranian reviewing Mexican food, this is a strong recommendation. Minutes from Lake Worth beach, this hidden gem has outdoor seating and is almost kept immaculately clean. My sponsor told me to try Taco Al Carbon and I did, I’ve never gone back because of this place. Amazing food, try it during your beach break.
This is the best taco place around. I have been going for years and it's still the best ever. Great staff, never had a meal I didn't like.

Superb! Stopped in to pick up tacos and burritos for the beach. Fantastic! Sat and had some guacamole and chips w my puppy while we waited. So delicious, one of the best guac ever! No wait really ... in and out in under 10 minutes. Highly recommend!
Fiancé and I stopped here for lunch and so happy that we found this Mexican spot! The tacos are so delicious and fresh! Highly recommend giving it a try. Well priced, friendly service and lots of gluten free options ;)
I ordered a shrimp burrito and my daughter got a California burrito she is very picky and rated this place at a 8/10The rice was amazing, the beans flavorful and the shrimp was perfectly grilled. I will definitely be coming back for more!No pics taken except for an empty plate
I’m not gonna lie this is the best place I ever try for tacos Al pastor but the Custumer service is horrible and many times they give me a order wrong many times…? And every and i already call 2 times for my order was wrong they always bring the food back or take a picture…! My house is 40 min from this place and I stop by an this place because like I say the best tacos ever but how they think I gonna go back and let me kids and my family wait 2 hours for they food…? Like today I order steak burrito and they give me a chicken burrito with jus chicken and rice. My daughter she was hungry she took 2 bites and we have to dropped because she don’t like it.
Literally the best Mexican food in Florida! I know it’s a bold statement but my opinion is exactly what you’ll believe once you try La Placita! I’ve gone multiple times and even become a regular. Everyone that works there are always nice courteous. Definitely recommend everyone to try.
I honestly love this place. The area is a little sketchy but the food is phenomenal. I absolutely love it. They recently changed their red hot sauce recipe which is a massive bummer but the guac is amazing and the food is always perfectly made. My husband rotates through the menu because he's got faith that is will be great and has yet to be let down. The customer service is perfect here too and have come to really appreciate them.
