Sorry excuse for a wendys. So sorry that if there was a burger king next door that I'd probably go there instead. Make SURE that your fries are hot and not stale and cold. Dont expect them to take any orders after 11pm. I placed a mobile order she waited 5 minutes ignoring my responses to the speaker to tell me that her system was restarting. Let me wait another 5 minutes to let me know that she doesnt know when the system would be up. As i drove by to leave i could clearly see that all her screens were on and at the main menu. If she didnt want to make me any food she could of just saved me time and told me they closed early.
I don't know why, but when it comes to getting delivery orders out quickly. Wendy's fails everytime. I waited with several UberEats and DoorDash Drivers for over 20 min waiting. Which is confusing to me. Why, Wendy's restaurants rarely have a long backed up drive thru. I don't understand that.
Worst Wendy's I've ever been to. The outside was filthy and they only had nuggets and fries.... A 10 piece nugget was $10 !!! And tasted stale or like it wasn't even real chicken. This place is disrespectful
03/18/2022 time 5:35Pm doors to sit down and eat where closed and no one was allowed in. The female staff that attended us at drive thru even gave us a dirty look and didn’t provide receipt (I had to ask) she didn’t look like she wanted to be there. Worst experience out a Wendy’s
One of the better Wendy's. Oil was changed and everything tasted great. My favorite part is how affordable it is compared to other places!
The only wendy's that have real sausage biscuit and gravy. That you know and see the sausage, not just see the the black spots that supposed to be sausage.
terrible service. they won’t answer their phone and don’t answer drive through machine to take your order and nobody is inside but they’re “open”
I went through the drive-in after a movie.. Stuck at the drive-in ordering window because because of low staffing taking orders I believe. The restaurant could only accept cash due to some type of system outage. The food was hot and tasty the order was the order was accurate.
we didn’t get a drink we ordered & when we pointed it out, a manager started yelling at us as soon as she walked up. it’s not our fault they didn’t hear, & she certainly should’ve known better than to take her bad day out on us, just cause we had a big order. i worked at wendy’s in drive thru as a closer for 2 years in 2 different states and i never once spoke to a customer the way i was spoken to tonight, no matter how upset i was. not to mention, as a former wendy’s employee i know how little of a deal ONE drink is after we already gave $40.this manager went as far in her word salad rant as to say “i’m about to give up this store” that shows you how much she cares.
