Employees were nice. Ordered a grill cheese panini and it had a single slice of cheese and one strip of bacon. Charged 7 dollars. Was very excited to try it and disappointed. Hope this finds it's way to management so they can address it.
Good food, great smoothies, and good vibes. Price for quantity and quality a tad pricey
Best staff ever and I just realized that while I may be very particular about my morning smoothies, I haven’t shouted out this location or the staff yet. Tropical smoothie is the best but it’s the staff that makes this location immaculate. Soo thankful for them! I used to work at a smoothie king so I know attention to detail is important when mixing up all the fruits and supplements, and they have it down to a science here! Highly recommended! Yum ?
Very good smoothies but poor sustomer service. Make sure to check if they give your side to your meal before leaving! They didn't give me my sides forgot to put chicken in my chicken salad...wouldn't do anything to make up for it when I returned
I typically love this place workers are super nice. Never have had an issue i always got the same thing. Today Apparently mr Joe was stuck working by himself and for the first time I had a horrible experience. I asked for the same thing I always ask for and dude literally told me he didn’t know what I was talking about. I work retail I understand it gets overwhelming but to make someone stupid is tad extreme . I will give my business to someone else

Well, I just found this place that was recommended to me by a friend. I like wraps so my friend said "you got to go to tropical smoothie and get a Baja chicken wrap and a drink."Well, they were right! We walked in and the place was well staffed, they got right to my order and it was ready within 10 minutes.We ate outside, it was a very nice day. My wrap was fresh with lots of black beans, rice and chicken. It was nice and warm too! I enjoyed the flavor!You can truly get something you'll enjoy for a reasonable price with great serviceGive them a try next time your looking for something different.Cheers,
Food and smoothies are usually pretty decent. The service is alway just so slow….! Tables are always wobbly. Just really poorly maintained and managed. Also it’s DECEMBER 26th. The Christmas toy donation bin is still there and full. I guess it was all for show and not about the kids. With that kind of integrity issues added to the list,I’m done with this place.
I hate leaving a lower review, but this tropical smoothie always has service issues and not necessarily from the staff but a lack of organization… online/app order pick instructions are vague, there’s no obvious pick up area for curb side pick up, and they never answer the phone and don’t even have a voice mailbox set up… needs improvement.
What a great time I had. I drove a round trip of one hour to get to this establishment and it did not disappoint. I'll start with the food, I got the sunrise sunset and an ultimate club with a side of maple kissed sweet potatoes. The potatoes and smoothie were good as expected, but I can not get over how good the ultimate club is. Every single time I've eaten it it's like I'm having it for the first time, absolute paradise. Now, for the establishment itself. I was only in there for a short time while waiting for my order(which wasn't too long), and it was a very pleasant atmosphere. Usually I get nervous ordering things but here I was not anxious, and my server Joseph took my order with a smile. The general atmosphere was nice and everyone seemed to be like your local amiable neighbor. The person who made my smoothie, Elijah, made it quickly and it was tasty to say the least. He definitely deserves a raise.
