Don’t get the Garlic shrimp bowl if you like flavor! Absolutely flavorless and the rice tastes like cheap minute rice. Ordered on Friday night through Uber eats and they didn’t include the peppers or the pickled onions in both bowls. Won’t be coming back.
Super love this place! Very nice and clean. I want to shoutout Host Dani, she is awesome. Super friendly and helpful. She recommended me to try the Fajita Shrimp Quesadilla and OMG what a delicious meal I had. So, thank you Dani. Recommend this restaurant 100% ?
Our weekly stop in for tacos is a great time. We now picl it up to go since Covid its not that we are covid freaks we just do it differnetly now. Love the attention to detail you are always spot on with our order.
We ordered a carry out order and not only did they forget 3 of our drinks and all of the hot sauces ordered, but we found a dime in our kid’s food. Absolutely unacceptable and will no longer be ordering from this location. This isn’t the first time they’ve forgotten items from our order, either.
Got the bangin chicken burrito and it was not good this time. The sour cream was almost frozen which made the chicken cold. Was not good at all.
I love hot sauce, so naturally, a joint with a hot sauce bar was screaming my name. I came by and ordered the Smokin Chipotle Chicken Chimichanga with extra meat and beans and tried all of the hot sauces.While most of the hot sauces were not very good, I enjoyed the variety of flavors they came up with. The food was good and the girl at the front (Kaitlyn?) was super friendly. The whole place has a great vibe to it.
Quality at the Lake Mary location has really gone down. Got the steak tacos and the meat was cold, and overly greasy. Every table in the store needed to be wiped down, and when i finally cleaned one myself it was wobbly. Staff wearing pajamas for some reason? Pretty dissapointed, used to look forward to taco Tuesday
I have actually put off making this review for six months, almost 7 months now. As I have been in constant communication with Tijuana Flats corporate personnel, Tammy Valdez. As a past successful employee of Tijuana Flats in Sarasota, I am shocked this location has still not improved in so much time.I always order Dos Tacos, not difficult to make at all - somehow always from this location their presentation doesn’t even make it APPEAR appetizing ……Depending on not only the establishment to deliver what it promises, I even depended on corporate to make my location better. However it seems half a year has gone by with no improvement. I am never ordering from this location again.
DO NOT ORDER TO GO / DELIVERY.They consistently miss items. For example, items that are supposed to come with sides or sauces. My husband and I have called and complained several times and can never seem to get a correct order. Management doesn’t care as we have reported this many times.
