Well, they cashed out the wrong order when I got to the window, then didn't understand how to give change back from a $20. Then forgot to give me A whole combo. Ordered one vegetarian item, out of $19 worth of burritos and tacos and a nachos bell grande, and for some reason, all of the food was vegetarian. No meat....in any of the other items. Ordered a large drink with the combo, and well...it was medium at best. This midnight taco run was the most disappointing taco bell event I've had in the entirety of my taco bell food love affair. I'll give them a few months to let the new team figure out how to taco bell, and I'll try it again, after working 12 hours again and not wanting to cook. Not mad, just disappointed. Like, seriously, no meat in the tacos. Just refried beans. Not kidding. Not horrible, but...meh.
And here I was upset that the Sanford Taco Bell was closing earlier than their posted hours. I will never come back to this Lake Mary location again. The foul smell that came out of the drive thru window smelled like vomit. The staff seemed frustrated with their job. Then to make things worse, my order was completely incorrect. Experiences like this really make me appreciate my job. This is what I get for eating junk food late at night on a weekend. I had to throw my food out after looking at the dirty conditions through that drive-thru window. I couldn’t get the smell and dirty floors out of my head
Went around 5/6pm. Food (4 regular tacos; 2 hard, 2 soft. Bean and rice burrito, and potato taco supreme) were hot and accurate. Ordered to go on the touchscreen. Took a little longer than it normally would, even though there were only three customers inside... I guess because there were only two people that I could see working. But they were going as fast as they could with drive thru customers as well. And they offered me a free large drink for having to wait a few extra minutes. I'll be back :)
First off, thanks for being open until 4am. BUT, why does the late night service have to suck? I wasn't offered sauce and didn't ask for sauce. I don't use your sauce, I have you add guacamole. I ordered 2 soft tacos with chicken and guac and 2 cheesy been and rice burritos.So, what possessed you to put 15 packets of sauce packets (WITH WET NASTY SAUCE ON THE OUTSIDE) into my bag? See pic! This is gross! I couldn't get to my food without touching them!
If you are a delivery driver don't accept orders from here. You may end up waiting 20 to 30 minutes while 4 workers prioritize drive thru orders and 1 person works on delivery orders. Terrible system. Driver next to me was waiting 20 minutes. I was there almost 20 minutes and they hadn't even started my order. Worker told me it would take 5 minutes. Hilarious
Taco bell is one of my favorite fast food joints. The food is really good but the customer service at this one is questionable. It takes so long to get your order and i always end up waiting there for at least 10 minutes even if there is no line and I ordered 5 minutes before. But other than that i love the food.
10:30pm on 2/20/22If I could put zero stars I would!! Very disappointed my 3yr old niece started choking on her food and when I got her to spit it out we all noticed it was piece of plastic inside her soft taco very scary moment this place has to do better my niece could have died from choking on plastic my husband called the store and the girl he spoke to said she didn’t know how to help and didn’t have the corporate number never going back here again
Most of the time everything is fine with my order but there have been several occasions that they have missed items or they were not made properly. I chalk it up to them being tired and overworked but it's still disappointing
The stop at taco bell to grab a bite was better than we expected. The counter person was very kind and friendly. Our order was made just what we wanted.
Took forever, all we ordered was 4 cravings boxes, then when we get home to eat. The food was cold. Take in mind we live 2 mins away. The food was cold as off they just rushed it and didn't care. Oh and the server at the drive-thru rude like it's my fault she is at work.
