Employees don't stop to help anyone. I stood there for at least 10 minutes until I finally waved someone to help me with an Uber order that was ready whole time. It just needed to be bagged. It's like this everytime I get an order from there.
Ordered through Uber eats today for my whole family. Instead of contacting us and refunding the order themselves, they decide to deliver the order as complete and add a slip of paper at the bottom of the bag saying that they are out of THREE of the items we have ordered. Three Swiss panini sandwiches from Starbucks cost thirty dollars!!! So now I have to contact Uber and go through a whole ordeal to get thirty dollars back. Why didn’t you guys bother to contact Uber to let them know that you were out?? Why do I, the customer, who believed that these were in stock (because you didn’t bother to put them out of stock on the Uber page) have to be punished with trying to get my money back? It’s obvious that this happens way too often, because they literally have a whole piece of paper for this situation. Horrible customer service. If this was a small chain they wouldn’t get away with this. I’m tired of these greedy companies.
Bug and Jasmine made a fantastic team at this local Starbucks, conveniently located directly inside Target. Admittedly, I'm a customer that does not know the Starbucks lingo and sometimes, I don't even know how to order what I want. Therefore, I only try to make a coffee run when I see there's no other customers, so I'm not slowing others down. Such was the case this time, as well. I tried to tell them what I wanted and they immediately were able to create a concoction that I was thrilled with! Patient, kind and quite personable, they definitely went above and beyond! They treated my wife, kids and mother the same, providing them with spot-on suggestions! Thank you Bug and Jasmine!
This has been my “local” location for 2 years now. Drinks are fine - not any better/worse than other Starbucks. However, the drive thru time is by far the longest I’ve ever experienced. Most of the time the drive thru takes 20-40 minutes. The one time it was less than 10 minutes, It was 7 am on a Saturday.
Friendly staff, I don't usually drink coffee or anything like that, but they took the time out and help me pick a good drink that I loved. The connecting with customers is what I look for at a place and this had it. Good job A+
The drinks had no flavor mostly ice. It was a day after my birthday and they didn’t give me my free coffee. Ordered a venti and got a half whipped cream grande. Won’t be coming back
Coffee is great, but the service is so slow! It always is at this location, if you need coffee it's good, if you are in a rush, go somewhere else.
I’ve never been to this Starbucks before…but let me tell you how Outstanding Simon customer service!!!!! I was having issues using my Apple Pay? he was very patient and nice! If I could give 10 stars I would!!! Now the next time I go to a different Starbucks I’ll be expecting this great service elsewhere, which I very much doubt that they could top Simon customer service.
Always great drive thru service! Drinks are always made how we ordered!
Customer service at this site is ok and food is pretty good. However, everytime I order hot coffee from this location, it's never hot or even warm. My wife picks it up since I work from home, and she has to heat it up after being out for only 5 minutes. This is a continual thing. Until they improve certain practices, this place is only worth 3 stars.
