It's a Starbucks. Consistency in what is offered as far as menu items are concerned. Staff is very friendly to their obsessed routine known customers. If you are not a known return customer you are waited on and then treated as though you are invisible. What is interesting is my person I was with, an obsessed Starbucks customer, was greeted like she was the owner. I was overlooked, not greeted and treated as though I was a servant.. Sadly the Starbucks in my area treats EVERYONE like they are the best most important customer in the county.. I understand the attitudes of employees is based on select demographics. In this case it appears due to the higher the income area of this location, the worse customers are treated when they are unknown or not regulars.. Honestly, growing up, living and working in that area it was no surprise at all. Sadly, this has become the acceptable customer service experience.
Honestly I like this starbucks the staff is nice and its right across the street from my job. The only problem is everytime I have ordered a toasted vanilla oatmilk espresso or even the brown sugar one, its the wrong drink or just taste disgusting. I dont know why this starbucks location cannot make this drink. Ive had to get it fixed at lake mary blvd and they always agree that its not what I asked for. PLEASE ILL GIVE YOU 5 STARS IF YOU JUST MAKE YOUR DRINKS RIGHT. I am a former starbucks employee and the times I have waited for my drink in the cafe the partner on bar does not know what they are doing. I watched them. PLEASE JUST MAKE THE SHAKEN ESPRESSO RIGHT.
Sarcastic and rude service, told me to wait and called me 'love' ...Please train your people to be nice and not sarcastic
Don't order a venti cappuccino just get the tall it's the same amount of product for less price.
Great local coffee shop, with an awesome crew.
I placed an order via the mobile app and went inside after seeing the long drive-thru line... I honestly wish I had stayed in the drive-thru because it would've been faster. The place was clean and empty inside, but they had several tickets laid out without beverages; they appeared to prioritize the drive-thru and in-store purchases first and then mobile orders. My ETA was 2pm for my order to be ready, but it wasn't done until 2:14pm. They did appear to be short staff though. Once our drinks were done they came out really good and tasty, yum!
This starbucks is top notch with excellent staff. I love coming here because they are really quick and you can tell they enjoy there jobs.

Cutest dang Starbucks in a beautiful location! Staff was incredibly friendly and drinks were awesome! I will drive past the other Starbucks in Sanford/lake Mary area to come to this one!
