My drinks (2) were made perfectly and tasted great. Giving 4 stars because even though it was a really busy Sunday morning it still took 30 minutes to get my drinks and the garbage/sugar and stir area was very sticky and needed to be cleaned
I got a hot caramel macchiato in drive-thru and didn't even make it out of the parking lot before the cup mushed all over my husbands leg and all over the car. They need to make better cups to withstand the hot drinks. From now on I get it in a double cup.
Right on Lake Mary blvd. this Starbucks has plenty of indoor seating, great WiFi and wonderful staff.
I stop by this Starbucks fairly frequently. It's got a mellow vibe, the staff is friendly, and the drinks are good. I do have one complaint though. They never have decaf coffee, so they always offer you a pour over. The problem with a pour over is that it is more expensive, it takes about 5 minutes, and it's cooled off considerably by the time its ready. I think they would be better off offering you a decaf Americano at the same price as a Pike Place. It can't possibly be much more expensive to them, it would be super fast, and the drink would actually be hot. Otherwise, it's a pretty good location. I like to sit outside. The view is limited, it's only a parking lot, but being Florida, it's usually pretty nice to chill. Recommend visiting!
This location is so poorly designed. Stopped here before work and no parking, had to circle four or five times, still no parking. Lines so long it blocks traffic, so unorganized, people driving into oncoming traffic because the people waiting to fit in the line are blocking the proper lane.ended up parking at Panera since there’s no where to go in their parking lot. Food is left out in a bin where everyone is touching each order to see if it is theirs. Do better.
I like to order via the app when I visit here but the staff is always fast, accurate and friendly so it's always a pleasure visiting and I can even get a good laugh or small conversation out of the people at the window. I highly recommend this location however there is usually a wait in the drive thru but it's worth it in my opinion.
Ordered Peppermint Mocha...like other comments have said...this location is a hit or miss...today this peppermint mocha did NOT even taste like peppermint, chocolate or even coffee. It was terrible.
These people are thieves ran my card and said it didn’t go through. But yet it’s showing that it was pulled from my account. I was stolen from!
I am not sure what has happened to this location but the drive thru takes 20 minutes or longer at 615 in the morning. There are different workers jumping on the headset in the middle of orders, causing confusion. They are out of lots of items and do not have a sign posted, so you sit there ordering items being told- we are out of that- over and over. The workers are not as cheerful as before and borderline rude. After going to this location for several years now, I think it is time to part ways.
Fantastic Starbucks location! Despite the long lines the baristas here manage to move the customers along at a brisk pace, never compromising the integrity of an order. I stop here several times a week and I've never had a problem.Side Note: Holiday time is the BEST! I can't recommend enough the Sugar Plum Danish and the Toasted White Chocolate Mocha Latte. They are the epitome of wintertime for me.Merry Christmas! ?
