Upon arrival, I was welcomed with an unpleasant frown from a blonde heavyset and clearly unprofessional hostess. She was quickly told by a gentlemen in a bowtie âdonât get noticedâ. I felt very uncomfortable since the frown was because of my 10 month old who was with us. We were there to celebrate my husbands 32nd birthday as a family. As an exclusively breastfeeding mother, I felt my daughter was not welcomed and I immediately asked my husband for us to dine at Fishbone instead. Iâm glad we didnât as our amazing server made up for the isolated encounter. She was very attentive, kind and welcomed us with a beautiful smile. My daughters felt comfortable with her as well. Thank you for helping us celebrate my husbands birthday! We canât wait to come back and hopefully be taken care of by the same server.
Wonderful place for a celebration!
Quick reservation, seating was quiet and pleasant. Husband steak was overcooked for med rare which was disappointing given the expense. We did not complain, he just ate it. Had to wait 20 mins for dessert that came with his meal. Usually a five star experience but not quite this time.
Everything was perfectly done
Both our filets were tougher than usual, but we did not complain. Iâm finding that the garlic mashed are rarely served hot anymore, best that they are dipped when exiting the kitchen. We will be back because we love RC and having been coming for decades and I still recommend to everyone.
May experience was top notch. From the moment we walked in, everyone made my husband feel important for his birthday, they food was fantastic and I could not have picked a better place to celebrate my husband.
We were a group of 6 and everything was delicious. Most ordered the Ruthâs Classic. Two of the steaks did need to be cooked again. One was overdone and one was not done enough. But they immediately remedied the problem.
Well the kitchen had an off night at least with our food. Ribeye was ordered medium rare, come out rare. Had to be sent back. The panko bread crumbs on the sea bass tasted super super salty. The bread pudding was not cooked all the way. Sent it back. We still had fun and enjoyed the meal despite all that. They gave us a $25 credit and a free bread pudding to compensate for the problems. The service was perfect and the wine and other food super delicious despite the problems. I love this place and highly recommended it. The dining room is so beautiful. Go and enjoy!!!
One filet was perfect the other had silver skin or something making it tough. Other than that was great as usual
Brittany, Deidre and Marcus were great and made our evening very memorable.
